Organometallic Reagent Introduction and Formation
zhlédnutí 338Před 2 lety
This organic chemistry lecture video introduces organometallic reagents, which have a metal-carbon bond. Specifically, organolithium, organomagnesium (Grignard), and acetylide anion reagents are discussed. The formation of these reagents is outlined and the polarity of their metal- carbon bonds is emphasized.
Aldol Experiment, Part 2 - Reaction, Purification, and Characterization
zhlédnutí 4,2KPřed 3 lety
This organic chemistry lab video is the first in a series that describes an aldol reaction and dehydration experiment. The aldehyde propanal is combined with sodium hydroxide catalyst, which gives the aldol product 3-hydroxy-2-methylpentanal. A subsequent dehydration reaction is then catalyzed by the hydroxide base to give the final product 2-methyl-2-pentenal. This dehydration product is separ...

Thanks for this video
had you used the whole package of cloves you might have gotten two phases in the first place without the need for ether extraction. Instead of ether you could have used warm coconut oil and then used this for an antiinflammatory and fragrant ointment.
Your video are very useful to especially your way of teaching is making me understand more and learn faster with practice and you are being really helpful in my studies so thank you so much for making these useful video really appreciate your hardwork and also i subscribed to your channel to learn more from you keep shining love you sir❤☺️
This is what i want in a teacher: to be on point, no useless society examples in teaching, on point lecture about topic, understanding of what a student will understand and how, showing different examples. One thing you forgot to teach us is where we can use these formula
What is difference between bonds and connectivity
Pls can I get the pdf??? Your organic chemistry pdf? Or which website do I download it
This one clearly explained everything out from all the videos that I watched.
thank you professor kindly make more videos for secondary and intermediate level
Thank you sir❤❤❤
The captions are way off fyi.
hello?
These videos are everything!
This video is super good, just a littleeee fast.
شكرًا لك 🩷🇮🇶
thank you! this was really helpful
Thank you
thank you v helpful
I have an exam in 6 hours. Wish me well😢
7:55 should be wrong. it should be + instead of -. or it should have more hydrogen bonds (total 5 bond)
Thank you very much sir .... hope you continue to make videos they are very much helpful
thanksss
OMG tysm!!! It was this easy???
you made this 10 times harder than its supposed to be.
Awesom 💫✨
