In deze instructievideo help ik je bij het invullen van een gageverklaring voor artiesten en bands. Dit is voor veel mensen deels toch een best lastig formulier daarom hier voor eens en altijd een duidelijke volledige uitleg van het invullen van dit formulier. Zorg altijd voor een mapje van je band met hun naam, adres, sofinummer en identificatie. Dat maakt je leven een stuk gemakkelijker. ;-)

Bedankt voor je video! Blijft een gedoe... Lekker uurtje muziek maken, 50EUR vangen, maar eerst een Master in Belastingrecht halen om zo'n formulier goed in te kunnen vullen. Dit is toch niet te begrijpen voor een gemiddelde muzikant!? Anyway, vanaf 2022 lijkt het dat je als je bij 1h 'NEE' invult, bij 1i ook 'NEE' in moet vullen. Het formulier van de Belastingdienst staat het invullen van 'JA' in elk geval niet meer toe. Ik weet het ook niet meer...
De video is ook niet helemaal actueel meer. Mijn ervaring is dat het iets minder lastig is geworden met de moderne versie. In elk geval zijn de kopieën ID niet meer verplicht. (Sommige zalen vragen er nog wel om)

Bedankt voor je uitleg! Onze band (brassband) heeft 14 leden, moeten we dus alle leden (14!!!) laten ondertekenen?
Ten eerste is deze video al wat ouder. Maar in de basis is de werking van de KVR via gageverklaring nog steeds hetzelfde in 2022. De hele band moet inderdaad ondertekenen. Je kunt zelf een bijlage maken voor de gegevens en handtekeningen op een extra blaadje. --- Kopieën paspoort zijn officieel niet meer nodig sinds een paar jaar. Maar veel opdrachtgevers vragen hier nog wel om.
@@josvantol bedankt voor je hulp!wat een gedoe, maakt t nog wat uit dat we een stichting zijn? Dat bijvoorbeeld de 3 bestuursleden alleen hoeven te tekenen?
@@ruubnl Daar kan ik helaas niks over zeggen. Ik heb verder weinig verstand van dit soort constructies. Ik weet enkel hoe men dit formulier invult vanuit eigen ervaringen als muzikant in een band.

It's odd to find parts of others' lives on obscure parts of CZcams... People you don't know, people you'll never know. People who may not even exist. Yet there they are, giving you a slice of their lives. I don't know how I found myself here, but it feels special to be able to experience an uncontextualized, abstract bit of someone else's life. Thanks.

Bedankt! Heel handig! Stel dat je 100 euro krijgt voor een opdracht, wat houd je er dan aan over? Want er gaat nadat je de gage hebt ontvangen, nog een keer belasting van af toch? Alvast dank voor je antwoord! Nuttig filmpje!
De artiest wordt op deze manier uitbetaald via de KVR (Kleine Vergoedings Regeling), je hoeft dan geen belasting te betalen als artiest. (Ik ben artiest, geen jurist, dus google ook even voor de zekerheid ;-) )

Volgens mij is dat niet nodig. Ik heb dat in elk geval nog nooit gehad/gedaan.

Really? And here's another one praising the 'good old tape time'. What a pretentious hollow speech. Really, who cares the tools you use. Only one thing counts: It is what you do with them and the results at the end, absolutely nothing else. A tool is just... a tool. Some use them very wisely and creatively, some others very poorly. Even if you built your own software and it took you 5 years, if the music you do with it sucks, then it sucks no matter all the efforts and time you've put into building the software. A bad workman always blames his tools. Do you really think I care if my favorite painter didn't make & fabricate himself his pigments at home and just bought commercial ones at his local store? Totally irrelevant and unimportant if at the end the results on the canvas are gorgeous and beautiful. Same with music. And any other art form.
