Hello Joann if nozzles are clogged for very short time like a week or so will revive the printhead yes but you have to take care of the board with connectors not to touch with the solvent liquid will damage the printhead. I have fix a lot of printheads this way you never push to hard just a little if you have a lot of pressure most probably printhead is in bad shape.

It was eco-solvent ink so eco-solvent cleaning liquid , it depents what ink you are using what cleaner you will use

I flash with Eco solvent cleaner, alcohol and purified water will cause more problem

It's not a virus. It can be any program on ur computer. Most common ones: geforce experience, winrar, utorrent and some others
