Hello! I found you from one of Ethony's videos. I already had Wisdom of Hafiz and Tarot of Mystical Moments (I'm into the surrealist style art that's not too weird and creepy) on my wish list but this helped me add Oracle of the Roses and Tempest Tarot to the list. I love mermaids, maps and ships. Would love to watch a full walk through of the deck. I do intuitive/psychic flower readings so I'm keen to learn more of the symbolic interpretation meanings of flowers (and plants etc).

Omg!! The Hall of mosses!!!! I spent my birthday there one yr and had a barred owl waiting for me on this huge curved branch. I stood there for an hour bc i couldn’t believe what an incredible gift i had been granted. That Hall is my happy place.

I am hearing similar stories from many friends I've talked to lately, both in and out of the tarot realm, but especially in. Could it be the overwhelming amount of decks that are being produced these days -- it's gotta be more than ever before in tarot history, right? Are we all just feeling the tremendous pressure to "find that perfect deck" among the seemingly endless selection, along with the pressures to keep up with seasonal practices, monthly practices, daily rituals, new spreads, detailed journaling, "deep dives" with certain decks, reading our TBR piles, and a million other things I can't even think of right now? Haha so yeah -- thank you for the much-needed ideas to help calm things down. 💛💛💛

I'm the opposite. I have had the same word for about 8 years. It still feels in alignment and motivates me. From now on, I will consider April 1st the New Year. Jan 1st just is NOT it.

I like your untethering you are doing. I really think that the only positive that came out of the great panini for the everyday person, was that most people were able to take a minute. Pause. Breathe. Think. Revaluate. Now i know my experience in the UK was completely different than someone in the same income and care role bracket as someone in the USA. Over there it must have been terrifying. However that pause gave the collective "what is all this for" type of energy. The consuming, the rat race, the constant eye on the hustle, productivity, goals with shifting goal posts with not as much energy given to being present and checking in with our own nervous systems as to what is right or not. For years in social media spaces, I have seen the insta version of working with cycles. However it was always pushed on the gregorian (sp?) calander's Capitalist junk. "Oh yes I work with the sun/moon/wheel of the year" but still not really doing it. Me too. This year was the 1st time, I wasnt caught up in the frenzy of a new year. Except I bought a page per view diary. Thats it. I am thinking about about what I want to plant in the Spring. How to prepare the foundations for that right now. It might not seem like anything is happening on the outside but.... late spring should see some shoots coming up. My word of this year is Alignment, because it fits all categories of being. Health, Joy, Family, Home, Income, Relationships, that sort of thing. Am I in alignment with my values? Are those values still applicable at this life stage? How can I bring myself back to centre, to ground? If not, its gotta go. Begone. Have a great 2024. 👍 🎉

Hi K, How funny...I remember you sharing all the things you were planing for this year in one of your recent videos. And I thought to myself. Thats a lot girlfriend. So glad that your pace has found its way to you. Yes January is always filled with so much to do. New ideas and ways to do things. I have been going to start diving more into the moon cycles during January. But life took me in a different direction pretty quickly. I am still aware and ready to lean into that space but its going to be in February now. I will do my burn off this Full moon, tomorrow night over here in Australia. I am pulling a word every new moon and full moon this year. I am pulling the word from the soul trees oracle ( which I think you have also in your collection). I started doing this as the beginning of last year and I have been really enjoying it. I should change decks. But I really like the connection and words that pop up from this deck so haven't made the move yet. But I will when I feel ready. I also did the decan walk with Marlene Teresa last year and this year. Its but amazing. Both my sister and I have been doing it together. Both using the Zodiac tarot and doing Marlene Teresa spreads and its crazy. Me sister and myself live are very different lifestyles . Yet, each 10 days we follow along and do the spreads and we both are able to see where that decan came up over that time. And in such different ways but still that decan for 10days made and impact on both our life's. Its been so awesome to see how its shown up in different ways for different people first hand. We have been so in ore of how the decans have been so spot on that we are planning to do it again this year. Just to see how it plays out this time around. For the first time ever, I decided to pull a card for word of the year. It felt like the right time for me to do so, and the word was very accurate (Transition). I have a video posted about it (my January capsule video). I also LOVE your approach with "word of the moment"! I like the Presence aspects to that approach. Lovely, K! really enjoy the idea of having that leniance of a word of a moment and not assigning something that is helpful a deadline! i'm actually still inspired by the zero-resistance guiding-line that i took away from your planner videos (awaiting them patiently but curiously) i think it's a beautiful idea to gage capacities with especially in the winter. oh and my autumn followed-around-by-ever-since has been attunement! think 2014 was a time of heightened curation for me..

Great video! What a beautiful olive TN! I just received my olive passport TN about a month ago and absolutely love it! Although I do find the color more on the brown (or mushroomish color) it tricks me every time I look at it! I love the owl and button charms! How original! Wow, you have a lot of divination practices. I am going to try to stick with Tarot, Runes, and Oracle, and apparently Crystal Balls because that's a new thing I have now. I've been called to use one for a long time, but I only just bought one at Christmastime 2023. My goals divination goals of this year are: 1. To really buckle down and actually study the Tarot, which I have been trying to do for the past 3 years, but I feel like it's just not clicking. 2. Work with Tarot Every. Single. Day. 3. Figure out the Kabbalah as it relates to Tarot, which has also not been working out so far. 4. Use Oracle Cards in my monthly and weekly Tarot readings. 5. Really dive into M.J. Cullinane's Tarot course. I bought it when it was on sale before Halloween and I've made it as far as the Hierophant, but I need to write down the prompts and keywords and really try to get into it. She's got a chaotic teaching style, waving around cards from different decks and kinda rambling, which I find frustrating. 6. Pick a Pendulum, program it, and work with it at least every week, maybe more often. 7. Get back into working with Runes. I prefer the Elder Futhark and my go-to for Runic divination is Lisa Peschel's little paperback called A Practical Guide to the Runes. 8. Learn to use a Crystal Ball.
