you said manual said to put the clutch spring bolts to 5.9 ft pounds but then tightened them down to 70 ft pounds, doing this now to my mt and noticed this.

You could just use the key and ignition as the in place toggle switch right? Theoretically its the same thing making a power connection but then you still have your key so then those eBay ignitions would work just fine.

In the future to fix an issue that close to the connector you can use a pick to de-pin the connector and then slide heat shrink over it or de-pin a wire from your donor harness and solder and heat shrink that in place of the damaged wire.

How do you get your fuel pump to prime

I’m having to put a whole new harness on a 00 cbr 600 f4 and I have no idea where to even start and I want to do it all myself any advice would be much appreciated thanks

If your using the clutch to pull wheelies there's your answer to the broken friction plate and the discoloured plane metal plate. MT07 clutches don't like that sort of treatment.
