Yes, if you can get one and have a way to haul it around they can be a lot of fun. Especially if you have some small lakes you can put it on.

I have a go pro 8 and a go pro 10 . I record both in 4k 30fps. Edit and export in 4k 30fps

On my phone everything is crystal clear and crisp ...but when I upload to CZcams it is blurry.....I don't get it

This short wasn't that bad at all, but some of them upload to CZcams soooo blurry

I don't think so. Oldtowns website has pedal drive assembly you can buy separately (very expensive) but it only says top water or sportsman. The min Kota 106 drive system looks different in the way it mounts and locks in as well

When I had my Jon boat I would take it up to the north east coves, Where my largest fish have came out of but bank fishing and kayak I go south east because they are easier to drive to the spots.

It wasn't very long, maybe a year or two. I was still a baby when we moved. I'm 32 so that would have be 92-93

@okiepokiefishn got ya, I'll be 38 this month, and I was born and raised, and I'm still here, lol. I just ordered a madkatz rod and reel and might start a youtube fishing channel with my son.

So far it's held up. I've got maybe 8 hrs now of combined highway driving back and forth to the lakes .been over bumps , rough spots and even cattle guards. Had the the trailer bounce around a bit. Everytime though the kayak hasn't moved an inch or appear like it would.

I guess until it does lol. Honestly my worry has been it shifting over into the tire melting a massive hole on the side . So far though it's been smooth sailing

That's not a bad idea. And for now I checked them for side to side play and after 20min down the highway they where still cool to the touch. I'll probably end up doing them though just for the peace of mind

Yea it is a tough lake to fish do to the fishing pressure it seems to have everyday. Especially in the summer months.

Especially bank fishing, everyone is out there. I have been all over it and I found with that lake it's when you fish it not where you fish it.

I try to fish it weekdays early like 6am-7:30. Not very many people there like it has on weekends and after 5pm weekdays

Great idea. Mine is heavy too. And a pain to load/unload and set up. I wouldn't go with roller at the front tho. As it wouldn't be rolling. They usually go at the back to ease it on. A sloped bit of wood with a nylon pad would work better I think, or a v for the nose got hold it firm . (Chopping boards are cheap)

Edit. I thought you was going to purchase one. Should of watched it all first lol. If the nose moves this is probably why. If it dont I'm am idiot and you should ignore me 😂😂 (hindsight aye)

@@okiepokiefishn yeah same with mine mate. I have a few vids too. I'm on a limited budget. And mounted a minnkota on my 600 dollar fishing paddle yak. My video production is shit tho. 🤣. I have an electric boat winch and pulleys to put mine up into the roof of my little shed too.

I do every now and then. Mostly the small flukes on a weightless t-rig , 8-10 lbs flouro. This was the first time fishing a magnum fluke.

Thanks! Iv caught bass before for twitching smaller weightless flukes on light line but this is the first time trying a weighted magnum fluke.

Iv caught a few of those saugeye while catfishing. They will hit a chunk of cutbait the same as a catfish sometimes.

@@okiepokiefishn I am down around the fisherman’s cove area several times per week. If you see a dark green KIA soul that will be me and possibly my son . I went this morning only caught one largemouth and two sandbass. I may go this evening . Several people have told me of numbers of 30/40 pound blues being caught in the area. Several guys have shown me recent pictures .

@@okiepokiefishn I do sometimes bring my boat , a red tracker pro guide SC 175, with a 90 horse Mercury. I tow it with an old beat up white 1999 dodge Ram 1500… I usually launch at fisherman’s cove .

Iv been on a bass fishing kick lately but iv been thinking a lot about doing some more catfishing on ellsworth. Probably some bank fishing.

I have not been on ellsworth though since the city of lawton imposed new permits needed to fish it this year.

We keep some of the smaller guys once and a while but for me It's mostly the rush and joy from landing a big fish. It's addictive.

Yea its awsome for when it's too windy for the boat. I sure can't cast as far out as the balloons will take my bait either.
