@aworkofcraft By any chance, would you have a recipe for pickled cucumbers? This is another favourite from my childhood. My mum used to make them with full grown cucumbers quartered along their length. We ate them with a dusting of paprika.
Thankyou for posting this, I was looking for a recipe. :) My father is Slovenian and he taught my mum how to make cabbage soup, but she has passed away and my father is in his 90's and couldn't remember the recipe. We didn't have much money growing up and so this was a regular meal for us. I recalled that my mum used to put some diced bacon in the soup and finished it off with some vinegar. So I modified your recipe with these two additions. Eating the soup brought back wonderful childhood memories.
I think I got it : The piece attached to rug you cut and the piece adding you cut also. Then, insert the cut end of adding piece into the cut of the attached piece. Then take uncut end of adding piece and insert into the cut of the adding piece.
Its not good i cryed i hate it sorry😢
Made this just now. Thank you so much!! Made no mistakes on it. *SUBSCRIBED*
Yeay!
Thank you for the pattern ❤
I don’t understand after the three loops how to put it in the V - what is the v? Thank you so much
A v is formed on top of your crochet row. It means two loops that you insert your hook under. It looks like a v.
The v is the chaib
I love this! No fancy stitches but a perfect beginner pattern. Question: is your first row of DC counted in your 7 rows? Or is it 8 in total? Set up row plus 7? I donate to my local oncology patients so I’ll add to my repertoire ❤
It is a wonderful thing you are doing. The pattern calls for a total of seven DC rows.
@@aworkofcraft one more question pls; is there a multiple option? I may want to make one just a smidge longer. Thanks again!
@@BallroomMadeSimple If you want it thicker, just add another row of DC, and if you want it longer try adding 5 -10 more chain stitches at the beginning.
Love your vids!!Keep them up. Can i just ask you to change the double crochet explanation as there is a mistake, because it should be 3 loops on the hook and not 4. Thank you!!!
Yes you are correct. Unfortunately it is an old video and I cannot edit the text. I do say it and demonstrate it correctly.
❤
Your explanation of the double crochet is perfect! I was scared to try it as a beginer and you made it super easy. thanks!
Thank you, may the almighty God continue to bless you 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you 🫶🏻🫶🏻
What type of yarn do you recommend for scrunchies?
Since the elastic is what makes it stretchy, you can use any yarn you like. I prefer an acrylic yarn.
😂😂😂😂 not even an aproximation of what the lady claims she cooked. Yeah! "The dumolings" are messy. Back to cooking course lady!
I can’t get this at all 😭 I don’t understand how you get two loops in the beginning 😢
🎉
❤

I made this but I used 3 colors and I wanted my colors to pop a little more so I did another row or dubble crochets after where you ended it and it looks so good ❤
Thanks for the lesson 😊❤

Omg so good I’ve been so jealous because all me friends know how to crochet a hair tie but they wouldn’t teach me how
Sounds like you’re “friends” aren’t your friends and you need better ones
Lovely pattern and for an interesting look I turned it inside out at the end 🙂 it stripes! My son-in-law wants a patch sewn on the palm for driving... working on that possibly leather? Swede? Fabric? I'm up for the challenge! Thank you for the pattern ❤

This was a superb tutorial for complete beginners like me. Thank you!
Looks delicious. I'll bake it by all means. Thank you.

Thank you for the pattern but something is not right...after you decrease on the last puff row the number of double crochets you have is not 40...? please clarify, this stitch count is not making sense.
Excellent
Could you show us how to make a flap for them please?
Wow, delish!😍
so beautiful!! thank you very much for sharing :) I am still learning how to crochet and your explanaiton made it easy to follow :)
How much weight is "a package of beef"?
