Sometimes they are going in to prepay and buy a snack because they only use cash. Cant prepay for a pump you arent parkedd at. Sometimes I start the pump and go in to use the facilities while it tops off. If you are in a hurry staymout of the country and small towns.

Love seeing the long trains out west. I have seen some with three engines in the front. One engine in the middle and two engines in the back.

Most aggravating pet peeve of all just left Bucees in byron GA at least half of the pumps blocked by these inconsiderate drivers. Very annoying

Once you get gas pull away from the pump. Thats why it’s called a gas pump. If it was a place to park to get grub or groceries. It would be called a parking spot.

If the Gas station is busy, I push my bike into a parking space.

I visited my Friend who moved from Michigan to Woodworth North Dokata Population 48. He moved out there for more Hunting and Fishing Opportunities. I met several of the Locals , very nice people.

I could not agree more with the gas pump pet peeve. Brother, seeing you guys roll thru those little Montana/North Dakota towns, mom n pop home cookin diners, is riding in its purest form! Visiting with the guy in the shop, those conversations are the most genuine, good hearted convos to enjoy with those locals. You made his day, he’ll be sharing that fun interaction for days. I agree drives me nuts, just pull up, gas up and go.park the bike. Or vice versa just get out of the way

D&D has terrible customer service. They don't answer their phones, they don't return voicemail messages and they don't respond to the messages left on their website about warranty issues. I can only assume they are primidone's that think they can't have flawed products. I'm no body language expert but Rusty's personality seems to portray some serious attitude. I'm sure that reflected in the way they do business.

YESSS!!!! Drives me absolutely nuts. Now, if the gas nozzle is still in the vehicle, you could guess they were pumping while going inside. But, no hose in the vehicle, that's just plain rude.

Adam, I hate the pump blockers too. Many years ago when I worked at a gas station if someone pulled in and parked at the pump and just wanted cigarettes'. I wouldn't sell them until they moved the car.

You guys totally missed the painted canyon, it was at the rest stop just 5 minutes to the east. An absolutely amazing sight, you never ever woulda said underwhelming.

Great trip! And my biggest question is why do people leave their vehicle at the pump and wander around the store! I’ve been known to have a talk with them occasionally! 🤣🤣🤣🇺🇸🇨🇦🤙🏁

There’s NO CRYING in motorcycling! You should see what truckers go through when fueling. Same crap,only we are sitting there waiting while the clock on our electronic log book is running. Then when the butthole comes back and you say something you almost always get the old FU.

Agree with the Badlands being over rated. I grew up in SoCal desert so I wasn't impressed. Keep on riding and raising money for our Vets. One more thing. Diesel pumps are usually only on the two ends of the rows of fuel pumps. Driving a F350 it chaps my ass to see a car blocking the diesel pump while all of the other gas pumps are empty. When I'm on my bike I always avoid the outside pumps that have the diesel hose too.
