I'd never heard about this chakra. Overlooked indeed. Since watching, I've been doing this exersize daily. It's easy, it's short. I haven't noticed any particular effects yet. However, I expect the effects may be subtle, and grow over time. One immediate benefit is that it gets me consciously breathing deeply, which I've heard is good for us, both physically and energetically. Thanks for the lesson.

I think clairaudiance is my strong area.... I hear like what sounds like the radio is on and people having conversation talking.... in white noise... like the fan running at night or the ac running... it literally sounds like a radio talk show is on. Most of the time I can't understand what is being said... but it's definitely there, lol. As a child I could hear things much better...I could understand what was said. It scared the sh*t out of me and I think that's why it isn't as strong now as it used to be. It is like hearing other people having conversations.... not anyone talking directly to me specifically

A helpful clarification of the psychic domain. Did the exercise with a small dark and light blue crystal stone. No temperature or auditory information. After settling and focusing, 3 visuals popped into mind. The first was a dim light about 1cm from the crystal, shaped like the head of a tiny cutlery fork with long prongs. Then, a glimpse of the corner of a house with light yellow cladding and white window frames. The strongest was the image of a deep layer of wet, squishy leaves. I was tempted to squish them some more, haha. 😊

Thanks for the information and tutorial. Enjoying the series. I found it easy to visualise my aura and heart chakra during the exercise. No particular bodily sensations noted. Only two images popped up briefly. One of a small greenhouse (viewed from the outside) and the other was of floating over a mountain peak (green and rocky, no snow).

This is all 1000% accurate, from my own personal experience. I've had to "clear the room/clean the house" in my mental space on several occassions, too - because I realized that I had a crowded mental space with far too many voices that I didn't want or need to be hearing. Because after the first time, I started really noticing the subtle distinctions there that proved they were not actually ME, or from my own mind. I've also found that willfully and habitually choosing the more positive thoughts, and constructive modes of thinking about myself and others acts as a sort of "natural buffer/deterrent" for the majority of negative clingers-on in the mental sphere. I should mention that I am VERY curious as to what 'gifting category' you would say this next thing is, which is sound related. Often, when I am in that in-between space, if I don't hear sounds or voices, I often get shocked/pushed awake & alert because of some sound from outside my window (a real sound in my environment, I should clarify). It awakens me because I both hear it outside me, while simultaneously FEELING IT somewhere INSIDE my body the moment the sound is made - and I never know WHERE its going to be felt (generally is the torso, somewhere), as it's never in the exact same spot as any others (could be closer to the surface/outer muscle layers near the skin, or deeper into the cavity or organs). So when it happens, it's very much like my body was a expanded into a huge, cathedral sized cave system (like a human shaped hollow shell), and the sound was then SHOUTED from inside me from 1 small focal point; and I then feel the "push" of the soundwave from that little point, reverberating around and against the "walls of my skin". It's very sonar, & bat-like 😅🦇. At other times the sound is likewise inside me, but I feel it like a PULL or CONTRACTION on a muscle or organ instead, at that tiny little focus point... it's something more akin to electrical acupuncture, I think. Even though I've never actually had acupuncture done before, so, I couldn't say for certain - but it feels like the closest and most accurate description. I really have no idea what this particular sound aspect is all about, TBH... so I would appreciate any insight you may care to offer on it. This was a wonderful video, in any case - I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was an easy & instant subscription - Thank you!

Hi Edwin. Been watching your videos, thank you. Yesterday I watched this one, did the taster exercise, but heard nothing. However, interestingly, this morning I woke up to the sound of my alarm tune going off...only then realizing that I had slept in an hour and the alarm I was hearing was long finished. Despite being groggy and in a rush, it occurred to me what had just happened and gave me pause to reflect. I had been having an unrelated dream, and the sound woke me up, although it sounded like the volume was slightly down. It was only when I reached for my phone to turn off the alarm that I realized it had gone off long ago. Immediately your teaching came to mind. I wondered - was I just saved from being late by a helpful touch of clairaudience? Fascinating. 🙂

Hi, Very happy to have found u. I’m just beginning my spiritual journey. I’ve had a What I’m calling spiritual awakening (but I believe it began years earlier) in 2021 when I began praying alot for my niece who was pregnant and experiencing a medical crisis. I was praying for hours and well I was also meditating (just beginning) and I experienced a lot of beauty and synchronicity and what I call miracles. Both my niece and great niece are here today and loving life. I’ve since learned to do automatic writing, but I’ve encountered some walls. A lot of them I put up myself, listening to (even though I don’t believe what they tell me) or allowing my ego self to play on me. So I have stopped for about 5 months. I’ve restarted but my work and home life have been hard . I’m tired and I work a lot, so not a lot of time. But I feel guided to you and I. Happy to learn! Much love and light to u!

Edwin, how do we know if spirits are benevolent given that the usual means that we have at our disposal to determine good or bad intent are not available to us when dealing with "spirit" esp given that negative beings are known to draw people in pretending to BE their loved ones only to later torment them or try to take them over? On one hand, I think these are skills we need because there are many beings in our world, but how to do so without entertaining tricksters? I hear knocking but I will not "answer the door" because there is NO WAY that I can do so and KNOW that what I am letting in is benevolent or not and that am not about to entertain demons.

Thank you so much for this Edwin, I personally really appreciated this information. I will use it to develop the skill, now I understand more , thank you. I have had voices/noises both inside and outside of my head since I was little. At times I cannot tell the difference. Sometimes I hear something and think its from outside but nobody else heard except me. Then other times I think its in my head and my dogs hear it and start to bark, but my family doesn't. You're right it is scary when you don't understand it, you feel alone in the world. You do believe your mentally ill and others do too.
