Does the maternal instinct really exist? | SLICE WILD | FULL DOC

Maternal instinct is a universal phenomenon, responsible in many ways for the incredible success of human beings as a species. But contrary to the myth, maternal love is neither automatic nor guaranteed. Natural selection means many pressures influence a mother’s attitude and the choices she makes when confronted with the arrival of a new baby. In this original and provocative film, pioneering ...

Filmmaker David Reichert explores the relationships that exist between the three species and in the process begins to form his own rema...

Do they really use such archaic methods of training horses, causing such unnecessary fear? WHY, when the rest of the world knows better? It's completely unnecessary to put them through the torture of branding, and forced saddling all at once like that, when it can be done slowly and gently. Shame on them!

I saw a Juvenile Bearded at the "Mare De Glass" Chamonix, flying around the Gondolas mid April. A wonderful experience. Also saw adults at Gemmi Lodge, Switzerland in the same week with Golden Eagles. It was a long journey from the England UK, but well worth it. Such Magnificent birds, we saw them as a 3 day Blizzard started which spoilt my photography expectations but I will have to go again in the future. Great Interesting Video. regards..

Horrible. Your care is wonderful, but releasing Cannelle the way you did was awful, she didn't have a chance. She had to be forced into the boat and forced out, when she did not want to go. She was all by herself. Watching her be attacked was the worse, you should have interveined and saved her. Had of you released her with other friends and released togeather the outcome may have been much betterwould better. I hope you spent many sleepless nights wondering about her. This was the wrong way to release her, she didn't want to go. Mybe she should have been the exception to the rule. Maybe it's time for you to stop rescuing unless their releases can go much better.

20 years ago we had no clue how to train apes to be wild again, now we do. This is the second video where I saw a group of people return domesticated apes into the wild again successfully. First was bonobos, now chimps. This just shows that apes don't have to live in the zoo, they can be trained at a young age to return to the wild so long as they are trained as a tribe. The Bonobos did the same thing but they used alpha females to keep the tribe in order.
