My daughter has had this since she was a teen. She has an axcellent diet and when she was in collage,she cut out alot of different foods wich she still follows to this day. BUT she still suffers from the legions. If your in your child bareing years you should not take the medications if your wanting to get pregnant. Proper dieting and regular exercise will cure this. Things one should avoid to cure HS : Carbs, Sugar, All Dairy products, breads especially food products contains yeasts.
