You more likely have a defective fan control switch. I have replaced them before for that symptom. The fan speed control switch/knob is what turns on the fan and controls the speed from 1to4

Before doing Anything else! Change the blower fan relay. You may have a relay that is (stuck on)

@@barakzai90 where is this relay located. On the engine fuse box ? I replaced the resistor didn't help. I think its the knob itself.

@pavilamini3123 yes it did! Repair was a fix. My own 2011 X5 m has the same issue, both turbos are inoperable right now. I removed the vacuum pump's valve and the rubber diaframe is destroyed. You can get just the valve online for as little as $25 USD (Vacuum Pump Repair Kit For N55 11667575325, N63 N63N 11668605976 Diaphragm

@@barakzai90 can you please tell me if you had to change anything else apart from vacuum pump vacuum pipe lines as well as the boost selnoid. Did you have to change the vacuum reservoir underneath the engine plastic cover as mine is full of oil but can’t find that separately anywhere? Thanks

@pavilamini3123 do not change the vacuum reservoir because you can clean it! Buy some brake cleaner, fill it up and blow it off with an airgun. I replaced the solenoid and a installed a new vacuum pump. All vacuum lines and vacuum reservoir is cleanable within few minutes. You can get the valve for the vacuum pump and that'll save you some buck, replace the pump assembly otherwise.

5.5 to 6 quarters of fluid is the amount for drain and refill service. To make it safe, drain the fluid by removing the drain plug and let it drain. The torque converter holder near half the fluid if it was a dry fill.

@gorhakobyan1148 In that case, it is hard to determine how much fluid is inside the transmission. My advice would be to go ahead and do a draining refill. Dry fill is 11 quarts I believe. The torque converter, valve-body and all other fluid passages hold the rest of the fluid. If you feel like you're low on fluid, just add 2 quarts and take it on the road to see how it shifts.

So I have 2011 S60 T6 and the exact same noise happens trynna start. If I don't turn it off within several seconds you can see smoke come out of the starter.... So do you think the smoke w chemical smell pretty much tells me that the starter is bad? Also should I get a fusible link anyways to be safe or does that not smoke ?

Disconnect the fuel line and make sure it is getting fuel. If there's no fuel flu when you cycle the ignition, check the fuel pump related fuse and relay. If they are Good then the motor for the pump is out of service. In other Cases, the Spark plugs are compromised and a set of new spark plugs will take care of the issues. Quick Hint: Spray throttle body Cleaner into the air duct while someone is cranking the engine. if it begins to run while the spray cleaner is getting into the combustion chamber, it means that there's an issue with the fuel delivery system. If the fuel system checks out okay, make sure to check the mass airflow sensor for bugs or micro insects, give it a good cleaning service and reinstall it. Let us know what you come up with!

Gotcha! Harness GM (84733196) part number. Part number is 84733196 but search it as I have mentioned above. You may have issues pulling it on the search engine otherwise. You can order it through GM OE dealerships, they all carry it i believe. Hope that helps.

There is nothing to it. It isn't a rocket engineering class, 1-Remove the mud guards if applicable. 2-Remove the rear fenders flares from Both sides. 3-remove all necessary screws and push pins. 4-remove the two screw covers from the tail lights mounted on the body of the vehicle. 5-remove the 4 screen from the bumper using Allen wrench or a t30 torx socket. 6-remove the screws and push pens from both sides of the rear bumper ones. The fender flares removed, as well as push pins from underneath. 7- gently pop the bumper corners and unplug the wires. 8- Remove the hands-free access sensors, assembly if applicable and swap it with the accessory one. 9-Remove The lower trim from the bumper cover itself and swap it with the accessory one. 10- reassemble the bumper cover get it ready to be installed. 11-Mount the little bracket for engine harness plug onto the hitch. 12-Install the trailer hitch. 13- install the trailer hitch harness if applicable. 14- reinstall the bumper cover and everything else removed during the process and reverse order. 08L91-T90-100 - Trailer Hitch Harness - this was a direct fit for my 24 Trailsport. Got it from hondacarpartsdirect.

They are sold separately. Hitch alone come with it's hardware. Hitch Harness comes with it's hardware. If the vehicle is Equipped with Tailgate Handsfree system, it will need the Accessory adoptive Handsfree/kick sensor. The only History used to come with the Lower center bumper trim but it is sold separately now. therefore, it has to get ordered for.

Use the same clips unless they are broken but definitely use RTV silicone, and be done with it

@@barakzai90 Do you put the silicon around the holes for the clips? Or all over the place?

Just around the holes where clips get inserted. Use new clips if needed otherwise the old clips will work just fine.
