Ciao! Puoi ripeterlo anche se ti consiglio di variarlo con altre sessioni ed esercizi che trovi qui sul canale per lavorare in modo più armonioso su tutte le fasce muscolari ☺️

Ciao! 😊 Grazie per il tuo commento! Anche se il Pilates non è propriamente specifico per la perdita di peso, è ottimo invece per tonificare, migliorare la postura e armonizzare il corpo. Se già pratichi cardio puoi combinarlo con le mie lezioni di Pilates più dinamiche, esempio quelle con i pesi oppure di aerobica&pilates (le trovi nelle playlist), che possono completare il tuo percorso e contribuire ad un allenamento più completo. L’importante è trovare un’attività che ti faccia sentire bene e in armonia con il tuo corpo! ✨

Ciao, sarebbe utile, secondo me, avere una seconda videocamera che inquadra da una diversa angolatura per capire bene come vanno messe gambe e piedi per chi, come me, non ha mai praticato pilates per cui non sa esattamente per ogni posizione come deve essere correttamente posizionato il corpo.

Hai ragione, una seconda angolazione aiuterebbe molto… ma faccio tutto per conto mio - dalle riprese al montaggio - e aggiungere una seconda videocamera, ho già constatato, non è proprio una passeggiata (a meno che non decida di lavorare come videomaker) 😅 In futuro magari con il supporto di qualcuno del campo si potrebbe fare. Grazie mille per le tue parole e sono davvero felice che i miei video ti siano d’aiuto! ❤️ Per quanto riguarda il problema specifico a cui ti riferisci, al momento sto concentrando le mie lezioni su altri aspetti del Pilates. Ciao, benvenuta sul canale ☀️ il num di calorie bruciate per quest’allenamento dipende oltre che dall’intensità anche da peso, età e sesso. Posso darti però una stima generale che varia tra le 150-250kcal. Se vuoi una stima più precisa potresti considerare l’utilizzo di un fitness tracker (es. smartwatch), buon allenamento 🫶
