Looks like any African country. Electricity wires hanging overhead. Can't see any signs of public toilets
Демократическая Яма, в которой уже не видать дна.
It was probably a nice place
I can see our grandparents having fun on the corner
I'm so sad. These houses best of an absolutely beautiful when they were in their Prime because they're still beautiful in their decline
looks like many lost places here😮
NYC has also it's just not Philly. Our money going around the world and none for Americans

nice beautiful unique homes, back in the day, lots of memories of family's growing up there. things are always changing.
The U.S. Army took me away from the Cleveland area in 1968 and I can say it was the best thing that ever happened to me . I have lived the the Southern states ever since and would never go back!
Scenes from Walking Dead
I'd be afraid to go down these roads.
if you could gate the entire community, it would be worth if...but otherwise, the rabble will rob, destroy, attack.......as in solyent green....sadly....its people....
Stay out of Blue cities ! They should have a warning at the city limits of each Blue city !
There's no point in saving neighborhoods where the locals lower the quality of life.
so keep the gentrifiers out?
@@thundorkat if they want to waste time and money, that's fine with me. Free country after all.
Quit watching this racist shit.. everytime he says most dangerous hood he show where black people live... The most dangerous places in dc are the white house and pentagon... Those people are responsible for 99% of deaths in the country.. but u wanna show meek black people who are victims of oppression and label us as dangerous.. sounds like some police shit
I love how nice and green it is there.
not sure this meets the "major gentrification" definition
There's definitely no gentrification going on in East Cleveland. I can assure you of that...even in today's housing market. 😆
@@erocker78 looks like it did when i moved there as a 10/yo in 1973 and hasn't changed since i left in 1985 as a college grad.
@user-eu8pe5jy2t I moved to the Cleveland area 11 years ago. I've lived in South Euclid since 2018. I usually try to avoid EC. Just driving down Euclid Ave puts me on defense. They may have knocked down them old apartments on Chapman Ave, which is great, but I don't think there are a lot of people with money who are looking to invest it there. I personally wouldn't. 😆
Many abandoned buildings have been demolished and new construction is taking place
@City2CityUSA respectfully, I didn't much of anything new being built other than what looked to be some new apartment homes which will probably be "affordable housing". Demolition is good as I mentioned before. EC has a very long way to go though. A VERY long way.
How about teaching youngsters in EC high school home repair, plumbing and carpentry. Then when they graduate you give them one of them busted-up empty houses for free. They fix it, family can move in, they go to Home Depot and buy paint and siding (helping the local economy also) to make the house beautiful and take pride in their city. Then BOOM, no more empty houses and home ownership goes up.
But that takes time away from "gender studies". The educational system is no longer about education - it's about indoctrination.
The hood people would mess it up - for sure .
There's no hope for kids growing up in the hood. No daddy around and uneducated mom's. Waste of time. They're minds are already poisoned by the age of 3.
Yeah right 😂
You can buy these for as little as $1, but the red tape will cost you more than the value of the property, they make it (D)ifficult!!
Too many abandoned houses and shop....,looking fresh nature

Typical Trump Twatwaffle this was going on way before Biden or even your cult leader Trump got into office
Do they not have garbage collection in this city?
Esto pasa desde hace tiempo con Trump peor 😂
Yup I Love It!!!
Blows my mind that these people beg for all kinds of handouts and assistance from the government, but can't even have the decency to keep "THEIR blocks" clean? Instead of sending kids on crash missions, put them to work by cleaning the block. It also keeps them outta trouble, and puts money in their pocket. Idk how y'all so content living in a concrete zoo like this. No self respect whatsoever.
Since you need to reply to me well here. I live in North Philly. On my block I live on one corner in a mix of row homes. On the other corner is a Mennonite compound. They provide childcare and help the elementary school across the street. I don't know where you live. But FUCK YOU for judging us.
I live by 6th and Girard in North Philly. And on my block, I live in a series of row homes on one corner of the block and on the other corner of the block is a Mennonites compound. Most dangerous hoods? Rly? Trump has made y'all soft.....
