@@Smuckbuck1 tal rasha meteor,, Most people are doing what he's doing til higher gons which is guardians helm/belt aughilds bracer/shoulder then tals chest/amulet/gloves/source/pants... maxroll I don't think shows this variant.. could be wrong though, best bet would just look at the solo wiz leaderboards.

Tal Rasha, Firebird, and LoD are all quite close. 600 paragon (and full augments) is a lot at this stage.

I don't see it getting much play in groups other than in speed GRs, LoD nova getting steuart's greaves while keeping CoE is too good for time attacking 150s. In speed GRs it can take Jesseth's since the Znec can apply the curses for dayntee's, and then switch to witching hour at higher paragon, as you described. In previous seasons the nova builds have not really scaled well with paragon (solo) and have been passed by all-rounder builds that don't have severe boss problems, and that could be the case here as well. This early in the season, LoD nova does seem to be better. I'm working on putting that together and pushing with it. It would not surprise me if that flips later in the season, though I'm not planning on farming enough paragon this time around to test that out.

@@DanBrim we playing yestarday, i playing with this build and stricken and my friend with LOD nova, zdh and realy bad zbarb, we cleared 144 - 4 man in 7 min with 1.2k paragon and only 3 auguments items, my build is a crap, i also play with witching hour and didnt have too much problem until 140+ gr, so i think witching hour is a real option, also i go with aura of frality all time, but didnt see LOD nova already have, so i can take 40% deffensive curse for 40% dmg reduction or even better take siphone blood poison stack buff for 4th posion skill.. and last question is siphone blood stack for 10 stack and 100% increase dmg work for this build?

Fortress ballista is probably better, I was just feeling lazy. This was the easiest path to clear 150 at my paragon, it's now pretty low ranked because there's better ways to play the build. The big issue with odyssey is that you also lose Hardened on your generator so you lose another source of damage reduction. If you're doing that plus hexing pants (I was doing stones - lazy again) then you don't have a lot of sources of damage reduction left.

anyway rings of fire on boss is max 15-20% dmg if have lucky and boos didnt moving, for me personal, rings of fire is good only for bulid when can pull mobs, in others situation lucky is only option, i have several time situation when elite mobs cant enter in circle.. stupid..

I farm paragon in groups, the typical setup is two foth saders, one support dh, and one support necro or barb depending on the level. GoD can clear 150 at that level but it would be pretty fishy, you'd need small mobs like bees or swarms to make a lot of fire rings.

@@bd9045 I've been playing Last Epoch since that came out, I will likely return to D3 before the season ends but having fun over there at the moment.

I use a mouse macro to spam it for general RSI-mitigation reasons. Blizzard has said that this is fine (and it's functionally similar to numlocking anyways) but they don't want people using sequence executing macros, which I don't.

this season is super easy to get high paragons,u need to play 5hours a day to get to 6k at this point

I basically am using the same setup as the shenlong’s setup in the maxroll guide here: maxroll.gg/d3/guides/uliana-exploding-palm-monk-guide Only changes which I can see are zei’s instead of gogok, and shard of hatred in the helm because I do enough damage to elites at this paragon that ring of fire isn’t necessary

@@yqq It's really not though. Me and some friends tried it out and after a single day of playing, we had obtained full unique sets and was blasting torment 16. Why do they even have the difficulties in between when they are as irrelevant as they are?

​@@mythzex3882 and if only that took more than a week to do so. They've completely trivialized the gameplay. This is, without a doubt, the easiest of all the games within this genre. I'm not saying that this is necessarily bad, since it also makes it much more "new player friendly". But veterans grow bored within days of a new season. There's no challenge anymore.

@@MrClindberg If you don’t know the difference between T16 and GR150 and somehow think GR150 is trivial, lol, then all I can say is ignorance is bliss. You just seem very clueless about D3 endgames these days. Also, who plays a 12 year old game and expects it to not have been beaten down already? The fact that so many people still come back for D3 seasons is in itself a testament to the quality of the game.

Add boss (or pylon adds) is almost certainly mandatory. Hamelin power probably best. The world rank 1 had saxtris/condy but also spawned the boss about two minutes faster than I did (had better maps, was better at playing the build)

This is on NA. For 2500, I'd probably still be running pledge/rose with ring of fire. Can get <8 minutes with that setup at that paragon. The F&R with squirt's combo definitely has higher potential but you need to have enough toughness to survive the vengeance gaps.

Basically I set the traps up, detonate with the generator, and as the previously set ones are detonated I am immediately setting up the new traps so the number on the buff bar doesn't always decrease.
