"Welcome to my channel. Since I remember, sports have always been a part of my life. I attended a sports school and tried almost every sports discipline, but my biggest passion is fitness, especially combining it with weight training. I loveeee this combination because it has brought me the best results, and I believe it can do the same for you. My dream is to create a community of amazing people here who, like me, are physically active. But I also want to reach out to those who aspire to be active but may face certain obstacles.

Mam pytanie ile kalori pali ten trening?
Hey . To jest bardzo indywidualna sprawa . Zależy od masy ciała , składu ciała , poziomu kondycji fizycznej, genetyki , wiek , plec ma znaczenie również . Ja w tego typu treningach spalam ok 500 kcal . Dlatego nie jestem w stanie podać ci ile dokładnie spalisz 🥰 Może. to być jedynie plus minus 😊 pozdrawiam

Hey Natasa, thanks for the feedback! ❤️ The reason there aren't any timestamps this time is that I switched to a new program/extension in Chrome, and unfortunately, the new one doesn't support that feature. It depends on your fitness level? I work out 4 to 5 times a week, combining cardio with strength training. How often you exercise is a personal choice 🥰😊
