      Hey . To jest bardzo indywidualna sprawa . Zależy od masy ciała , składu ciała , poziomu kondycji fizycznej, genetyki , wiek , plec ma znaczenie również . Ja w tego typu treningach spalam ok 500 kcal . Dlatego nie jestem w stanie podać ci ile dokładnie spalisz 🥰 Może. to być jedynie plus minus 😊 pozdrawiam

      Hey Natasa, thanks for the feedback! ❤️ The reason there aren't any timestamps this time is that I switched to a new program/extension in Chrome, and unfortunately, the new one doesn't support that feature. I'll switch back to the old program that I preferred, so the next video will definitely have timestamps 🥰💪
