I've been scammed a cpl times on Ebay. A cpl times, buyers purposely lied about the condition of products just to get them cheaper. It happens, and I'm surprised it don't happen more frequently. Ebay gives more power to buyers than sellers. If there's a complaint, Ebay usually takes their side. The seller either has to come up with a way to resolve the issue, or refund them the money. I'm sorry you got scammed. Hope you find justice!

There are a lot of shitty people in this hobby. They're just negative and want everyone to be miserable because they can't find success on their own. These are probably the people hating on you in your comments.

I do think that some channels are not really about investing in Pokemon. They are just collecters that buy with emotion.

Hey man as a long time Pokemon fan since I was kid, and a new found investor/content creator I love your videos. They help give me an idea of what to invest in, but advice to anyone if you are not patient about this hobby and only see it as a business you will never be happy. Part of the reason I invest is because I love the cards, and content. So keep doing ya thing.

Wearing my financial planner cap… you just make the case for diversification of income streams :) the more you have the more it insulates you from different parts of the market not doing well. I’m always happy to move a ton of modern singles while buildin my saleable graded inventory and holding high end graded and sealed :) my non-serious comment is you’re only doing “well” in this market because I can see what appears to be a CT scanner hidden behind your wall display of boxes.

as someone who “plays in the wrong sandbox” middle era is my specialty and I collect hgss like legend cards. I can consistently turn a profit and if you can’t it’s probably on you because you only go to CZcams videos for investments and never actually learn what to look at and try to figure it out yourself

I've been burned too many times sending modern raw cards into psa for grading, and they come back with low grades. So I made connections at my local comic shop and been getting some nice discounts and just keeping pokemon sealed product, sealed and selling them six months to a year later. My opinion of the market has totally changed to Positive.

Generally speaking i would say you are generally correct when you take everything as a whole. But there are times where you would completely miss the mark and pretend you didn’t. I recall pointing out the alt art prices were not what tcgplayer was reporting. Pointed at psa 9, recently sold on ebay and local shop never hitting those tcgplayer prices (not even close) And your response was something like “people need to learn where to sell” sure enough alts crash that month
