a bit late to adding a comment although i was curious on which kei vehicle i should buy as i am looking at picking one up soon as a daily. I'm about a 20 minute drive from work which is all highway however the speed limit is only 100kph meaning as long as i stick to the right lane i can stay at 80kph and let traffic pass me. I was wondering if anyone knows what RPM's the following vehicles sit at around 80kph which i am looking at buying: Honda Acty van, Honda Acty truck, and the Mitsubishi Bravo (as they're Turbo'ed).

There's something about old cars. They just have personality that the new cars are missing. It's so easy to fall in love with them. There are quite a few 80's and 90's Japanese built vehicles that would be so much fun to drive around in these days. The little Suzuki "Mighty Boy" is one that comes to mind. Fun, just for the novelty of it.

Put a turbo hayabusa engine in that thing and yoll have no troubles.

Best set up for 4x4 off road kei truck is 12" or 23" rim using Logtire and lift up setup. Using wide tire in this road condation are not good set up.

People driving the Kei truck abroad for mountain roads. Yes, one of the purpose it was made was to go through steep narrow roads of Japan, mainly used for rangers and lumberjacks, and others who work in the mountains. I would also recommend Suzuki Jimny which is a small Kei SUV. Boy, it looks fun. Maybe It looks like driving an old Ford pick up truck going to Blue Ridge Mountains.

The four "raised" dials were normal in the early E, and the gt. Better in later E when "in dash"
