Blast from my past. But I have my volume up to 100% and I can barely hear it. Why is so quiet. I'm not in the library. So why are we whispering?
Our childhoods was the best ! Man memories
There's a version of this where batley stabs someone on set. The ones I that I ended up watching Talked about killing people. That's not the only show that has done that to me as a child growing up. There's more than one version of these videos. If you know the difference between a straight through and a crossover cable I'm sure you will be able to find them. Sierra oscar Sierra
This was my early childhood along with Polka Dot Door , Today's Special , Zoobley Zoo , Seseam Street , Mr. Dressup and Lambchop's Play Along

Fun fact: Fuzz was played by puppeteer Kevin Carlson, who has also worked with the likes of Jim Henson and Sid & Marty Krofft.

The fact that I remembered Batley right when I saw him sent the nostalgia to the moon

The show follows main various puppet characters (in the style of Sesame Street, The Muppet Show and Fraggle Rock), including Eureeka, a sorceress-in-training. There are no resident adult humans, like Mr. Rogers of "Mister Rogers' Neighboorhood", or Maria of ''Sesame Street.'' Eureeka and her friends live in a wind-up castle music box owned by a friendly giant, and featured other characters include Magellan the dragon, twin moat dwellers Bogge and Quagmire, Batly the bat, and Mr. Knack the handyman. There are also various appearing creatures such as mice, singing fish statues called the Fishtones, Magellan's pets Cooey and the Slurms, and Batly's pet spider Webster. Halfway through the episode, an animated short based on a children's book (usually acquired from Weston Woods Studios (now Children's Circle)) was shown. Also featured were shorter animated and live-action short films, such as The Amazing Bone, Harold and the Purple Crayon, Tikki, Tikki Tembo, and European imports such as Animal Fair, Roobarb, The Shoe People, Towser, James the Cat, Barbapapa, Le Piaf, Ric the Raven, Plonsters, Philipp, and Gran. Eureeka's Castle ending credits state the show comes from an original concept by Debby Beece and Judy Katschke. In 1988, development of the show began by staff member at Nickelodeon and Eli Noyes and his partner Kit Laybourne, whose wife Geraldine Laybournce was the Head of Programming for Nickelodeon. Jovial Bob Stine, best known for his children's horror novels wirtten under the pen name R.L. Stine, was hired as the head writer to develop the concept, characters and episode scripts. The puppet design and construction for the characters were done at 3/Design Studio, where the puppets were built by Jim Kroupa, John Orberg, Kip Rathke and Matt Stoddart. Nickelodeon ordered 65 episode of Eureeka's Castle, with each hour divived into 4 segments. and Beece called it "the most ambitious program for preschoolers since the premiere of Sesame Street [on PBS] 20 years ago". The first episode of Eureeka's Castle premiered on during Nickelodeon's Special Delivery block on August 27th 1989, before debuting on Nick Jr. on September 4, 1989. In May 1990, Eureeka's Castle was renewed for a 35-episode 2nd season (later reduced to 22 episodes). When the show became a success and a kid's favorite and won a ACE award. Nickelodeon programmers increased the show's aritime from 5 days a week to 7. From 1990 to 1991, Nickelodeon created 52 half-hour episodes of Eureeka's Castle entirely out of clips from the first 2 seasons for their participation in the Cable in the Classroom service. The half-hour episodes were designed for international distribution and later replaced the original 2 hour-long episodes in reruns starting in 1994. Production on Eureeka's Castle ended in 1991; some of the show's crew worked on Gullah Gullah Island. There were 90 episodes made (147 (total amount of episodes) 87 (hour-long episodes), 52 (half-hour episodes), (not all 90 episodes aren't online yet), 3 (half-hour specials) and only a few episodes and specials that were released online, while the rest remains missing and hasn't been found yet. This remains unknown if it will ever be re-released on CBS All Access, DVD, or Blu-Ray. I wanted to know more information about the show, and it's history. I also wanted to know if possible to find all 90 episodes. After all, it is over 30 years old, and not many people knew about this show. However, I know some people enjoyed the show when it was on the Nick Jr. block on Nickelodeon as well as on early Saturday and Sunday Mornings. The show ran for 3 seasons, and aired its episode on November 10, 1991, reruns of the show continued airing on Nick Jr. In its original run, it was two hours long (later half-hour). In 1993, the show aired from 9:00am to 12:00pm Monday through Friday. From 1999 to 2002, Noggin picked up the short half-hour version. It remained in reruns until July 5, 1996 and again from November 16, 1998, to February 5, 1999, and on Noggin from February 2, 1999 to March 31, 2002. The financing for ''Eureeka's Castle'' has come from the success of Nickelodeon's game shows, particularly the international favorite, ''Double Dare,'' which older children find so wonderfully gross. There are more than 30 original songs in the programs; they have been composed by Peter Lurye, who is the pianist for ''The Intimate P. D. Q. Bach'. There was relatively little licensing for Eureeka's Castle in 1990 to 1994. There were 3 puppets from Pizza Hut, Frame-Tray puzzles, 25 Piece puzzles, a Big coloring book, and A Giant/Color activity book, a giant paint with water book, and a Sticker Fun book by Golden in 1990, a Batly Halloween costume, 3 books Magellan's Hats, Magellan Saves the Day, and Good Night, Magellan by Golden Book, a TV tray, stuffed figurines in 1991, and The Perfect Lunch book by Golden Book in 1992, and toys from Hardee's in 1994. On April 26, 2021, the 1st 26 episodes of the show's half-hour configuration are available to stream on Paramount+. This marks the first time the series had been legally available to watch in 19 years.
