My dad was a member of Tunnel rats in nam war. He said jungle warfare is like having a ticket to see the devil

My Best friends dad fought in the Marines Infantry, and he came home all messed seeing his buddies get killed on the front lines. He did not talk much about it was a nightmare to him. He passed away and god rest his soul. Thank you for your service Big Daddy Sturgeon.

Thank you for your service---to all Vietnam vets. We lived in Saigon from 61-64 as dad was the Philippine military attache (air) during that time. My siblings and I will never forget our time in Vietnam and as kids we never really understood the horrors of the war. I'm now in my late 60's and live in Australia.
