I think that the guy who presented this video just did a Publicity for medicine . I am 53 years old, I have got a stent one month ago. Now I am trying to replace the anticoagulant and statins... with something more natural. I am vegetarian too. I found something like: In the morning: 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil, 1 pill Vitamin c, 1 pill leticin, and a clove of garlic. Evening: garlic again and 50 milligrams of Cabernet red wine. I just had a heart attack at 53 a week ago (26 oct 2019). I was rushed to hospital for an emergency procedure to explore and figure out which artery was clogged. Turns out it was Right Coronary Artery that was blocked 100%. The surgeon stented that and then had me moved to another facility to finish off the work once I was stable. Turns out I had 2 more arteries to be stented due to 95% and 90% blockage. I'm not a smoker, exercise regularly and don't eat an excessive amount of crap (or at least I though). Procedures are easy. The heart attack wasn't pleasant at all !!! Very scary. Medical team were absolutely brilliant. This video is great in that it's filled in gaps in my knowledge.

After all that. He forgot to mention the most important thing. Stop eating fats, oils and animal foods !
