I'm an islander, a Melanesian, our Polynesian and Micronesian brothers and sisters are all built different. I strongly believe that all these came from our diet and the location we're geographically located. Our ancestors were great navigators, we have taro, sweet potatoes and other leafy foods as part of our diet before the colonizers came, you come to my country in PNG and see a small bloke and you think you can run over him 😂.... bruh think again. Most people outside know a little or none about the rest of the islanders except for Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Hawaii etc. There's New Caledonia, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Palau, Torres Strait (Australia), Irian Jaya (part of Indonesia) Guam, and list goes on.

After the Olympics Jesse Owens went to Fiji to meet the man who ran faster than him on grass. When Pacific Islanders listen to people talk about supplements this supplements that we laugh. Meat, fish, pork, dalo, dalo leaves, coconuts/cream are our supplements and KFC..... 😆

This didn’t say anything as to why Pacific Islanders are perfect for the game of rugby…after watching this, you would think that this video implies that the reason Pacific Islanders are good at rugby is because they are steroid junkies!!!…misleading!
