My position is that *_I currently have no good reason to acknowledge the reality of any god._* And here is why I currently hold to such a position. How did Muhammad who never saw Jesus Christ, "supposedly" know more things about Jesus Christ than Jesus Christ Himself. Jesus Christ Himself speaks of Himself as The Son of God but here someone came 600years after saying Jesus Christ is not the Son of God. How did he get that knowledge??

Thanks for sharing this video! I feel like both of these supposed contradictions have fairly straightforward answers. Its widely held that there were two temple cleansings. John records the first one which happens close after Jesus' first miracle at the wedding in Cana. Jesus goes up to Jerusalem for Passover and cleanses the temple. The 2nd cleansing happens later in Jesus' ministry during passion week after the triumphal entry as Dr. Lang mentions. The 2nd contradiction Dr. Lang mentions is when the ascension actually happens. The different Gospel accounts do not have all the stories of Jesus. Each Gospel author wrote with a specific purpose in mind. When we read them together we see there are multiple times that Jesus appeared to His disciples and to crowds after His resurrection and before His ascension. I can see how just reading Luke you could be left with the idea that the ascension happened on the same day as the resurrection. But reading the other Gospels shows that it happened later, 40 days later like Dr. Lang says. Acts doesn't conflict with Luke since Luke doesn't say which day Jesus ascends. In each section above the ascension record, in Luke, it says "That very day" and "As they were talking about these things". But when we get to the ascension it just says that He leads them out to Bethany. In fact, the evidence shows that Luke and Acts were written by the same Luke. We should approach the Bible like we do with other books and assume that the author isn't an idiot and wouldn't write an explicit contradiction into the text. Also, there isn't anything that would stop Jesus from ascending multiple times in His glorified form. Regardless, this isn't actually a contradiction with either of the answers above.
