Wow, "before" he looks exactly and I mean exactly like me! I thought I'm looking at my own photo. Now I know why I haven't been taken seriously my whole life. But who gives a shit? It's more of a testimony of how people are and what they value. I know who I am and what I'm about and anyone who can't stand me because of my face can go kick rocks. I want my real friends to value what's inside me, not how I look at a certain period of my life.

I would assume if someone likes contact sports like boxing and gets hit in the jaw regularly this would not be recommended?
Once bone healing is completed, it is as if he had never had any surgery done. That being said, receiving punches in the jaw is never recomended :P

I had an underdeveloped upper jaw and unfortunately the dental hospital gave me extensive braces and took six teeth out when I was about nine or ten,bringing the lower jaw back in line to the smaller upper.Although it is only cosmetic,I wish they had done jaw surgery,especially seeing the fantastic results for this young man.
