The technique is good in terms of plaster work finishes because it saves on that, but the negative side is that you have to invest a lot in formwork and scaffold therefore expensive.

Why dont they dig the walkout section down for frost protection?? Anything In a walkout section i dig down 38 inches and frame the footer to get below the frost line so ur footer doesnt freeze and thaw
