I haven't watched this, but if I could try to make a guess on the plot... These glampers pretty much invade a peaceful countryside affecting the villagers. The glamping has illegal deer hunting as part of their activities. Little girl strayed close to the glamping site. Some rookie idiot hunter thought she was a deer and shot her (probably shot a moving bush without clear sight). Organizers hide this blunder. Whole village searches for little girl, while the glampers remain uncooperative to save their own skin. Then maybe grandpa enacts some sweet vengeance... or not, depending on the tone of the film.

They can do in colour too right, I know the original have his own unique style and beauty, Akira Kurosawa 👏

Meh, keep it. I like my movies of that age to actually come with grain. I do have your BD of Seven Samurai. Hard pass on this filtered mess. Would have expected more/better from Criterion than to use the existing japanese 4K master that is heavily DNR'ed.
