So you double your work (and then double your time again) to record and re-record the footage? what a joke and misleading title. Thumbs down from me my dude 👎
Sztosik bro
Very GOOD JOB
This is stunning, lenses and colouring. Nice work, really interested in picking these lenses up now!
45mm or 60mm?
This one is entirely taken by 45mm.
Thank you. I can See Little vingnetting so i guess you filmed opengate 3:2 fullframe Right? And cropped a Little? Or used a extender? Im planning to buy this lense too but in Not sure if 45mm or 60mm.
@@ImageLaneCC Yes, it can vignette little because I used something between FF and s35, which is cropped to 21mm sensor height in camera. This mode is 6:5, so I don't need to crop it in post, and it has a larger preview on set. If you want a vignette-free image, use an extender. For me, it's quite nice because many Anamorphics already contain vignettes, and I prefer to use the enlarged picture circle to add additional character. 60mm is even better in terms of vignette. Actually, having both is the most desirable option.
@@mj.cutsense Thank you for the informations! I think im going to wait for the NAB 2024 first. It is in a few weeks. Maybe they will introduce some new lenses .. hopefully a ff anamorphic lens so i dont need to add aditional extender. Unfortunatly two lenses is not in my budget :) But i think the 45 or 60 will work fine for me. DZO has a brand new 65mm macro anamorphic which was introduced at the BSC Expo .. maybe thats interessting too.
Stunning footage! nice one 🙂
Hi, Mateusz. Very nice video! Which are your Atomos Ninja V input, output and Record settings for BT.709 Wide DR Gamm/Color Space? Dziekuje!
I hate that frigging finger snap sound with a passion, but other than that - this was expertly filmed and edited. Very well done! And those slides around that hump with the fingers touching the pavement - smoooth as fuck!!!!
I just got this unit and I’m very frustrated with the cropped borders. Can you explain how to get rid of the cropped borders when recording with this Ninja V
Is this post on Instagram? I wanna post it on my page
Who's still playing ✌🏻
120 fr/s ????????
Lame
YES!!!!! this is how i shoot with my NINJA and R6 MK ii-
Skateboards made for people who can't sk8 🥱
Scenery in the park with the autumn leaves are awesome
Here they are - modern Tadzio from Death in Venice skateboarding and enjoying life!
dont see the point. just get a street deck
What do you mean that?! Play 120 fps footage on your camera and record 60fps prores on Ninja V? Does it make sense?
Hi. I am using the Ninja V+ with a C70 via HDMI 2.1 cable. I would like to record ProRes Raw 120fps directly onto the SSD of the Ninja. But it's just not working. Is it even possible? I don't have a proper SD in my C70 yet.
It's not possible because c70 outputs 10bit 4K 60p via HDMI. To get RAW signal you have to record internally.
@@mj.cutsense Thanks for the quick answer! What a bummer. Maybe if the C70 had SDI, it would have been possible. Here is another strange behaviour I am seen. I can only get the Ninja up to 50p. No matter which codec. Any idea why?
@@MrExel47 The C70 can only go so far through HDMI. It is capable only up to 4K 50/60p. This is a topic I cover in my video.
When is your next video!
If anyone awaits is wonderful. Soon, I'll be back with lots more vids!
Hows the ninja v for monitor only? Without recording? I looked at the shinobi as well, but at times i may want to record in camera at 4k60p and my question is can this show on the shinobi? Or is it capped at 4k30p?
Depending on your money, I would personally choose to use SmallHD monitors over Ninja V. I'm in the process of making a film about my favorite monitor available right now. Although Shinobi is ok, there is only one option if you want the finest OS, colors, and experience.
I'm the like number 5 thousands
I dont understand it. You record the files from intern ssd with 120 fps with Ninja. Tried this, getting no 120 fps
Not an SSD, but an SD card is being used to record. The final file is 25p which is 4x slower, because it has already been slowed down in camera. It's quite simple.
1:23 anyone know what this trick is called?
Not sure you’re still keeping this channel but I’ll give it a try . This is pretty slick work around but I find flaw with playing back the footage and ninja recording at the frame rate of 59.94 without option for changing to desired rate . My camera hdmi out it’s set to 2160 /24 fps but that doesn’t effect ninja . Changing to Raw out in camera doesn’t change anything , only thing changes is if I’ll go 1080 then shows on the recorder hd instead of uhd but the frame stays the same no matter what . I’ll appreciate any input
Without physically observing the issue, it is difficult to know, but the cable might be problem. Check if your HDMI cable supports 60p, for example, the original Atomos HDMI is compatible with 60p.
Great video, im using canon m50 with the ninja v but while recording my canon shut off sleep mode so i record with both canon and the ninja v but the red dot from the camara shows on the recording from the ninja v and the auto focus any advice
How to record 120fps? Settings, go here and there? I use Canon 1DX MKII with NinjaV, but I think the issue is the cable that I use.
Great video! At what fps is the video being recorded when you record the screen? Thank you.
Listo
Hi Mateusz, @3:18 you've connected the SSD via a cable - which cable is that or do you have any recommendations? One highly rated SSD to USB I found was maxed around 400 MBps (read speed) but I'm not sure if that affects performance while editing off of the SSD directly.
Very clever!
Super simple! I love it. Thank you. Subscribed!
Why my recorded video with a ninja v+ playing to fast on my macbook pro
Great I heard what you said and I think I know what you mean but how do I do it step by step... I just bought my Ninja and Im still learning how to use it. Thanks
I would love to see a step by step explanation as well. I didn't quite get it.
Bon ride
Wow Amazing video
Fantastic =^_^=
Can this be done on a7siii
it's not ninja v, it's ninja 5
We suspect that the Ninja 5 plus 8k doesn't entertain the bmpcc 6k & bmpcc 6k pro being upscaled to 8k. Sadly however the Ninja V+ (8k) doesn't appear to entertain Blackmagic's BRAW format at 8k and doesn't look to be upgraded with these additional features anytime soon such as in future models such as the Ninja VI plus! Unfortunately ProRes within this configurment is only restricted to 4k 120fps! I would be happy to stand corrected whether this isn't entirely accurate, cheers!
Poland looks like a beautiful place. Hadn't been before but my best friend growing up always talked about it. Great footage and nice shredding
OMG!!! THIS IS THE BEST I"VE LEARNT ALL YEAR!
to take your trousers off to fart
Hi I am struggling to find any info about this, but when recording ProRes to the Ninja V from my Canon C70 I get quite bad banding. The image looks noticeably worse than the internal codec. Has anyone else experienced this?
Why does my ninja V display a cropped output of my sony display screen in 60fps but is full screen 23.968 ?
This is a genius idea 💡
Thkx for you vision :)
