Soft washed house. Cleaned up deck. Have many more decks to do in the back. The customer hired us to do the cleaning but the decks and patios will need sealing so we will see if they want us to do this. Looks much better though. It was a grey color and dirty before.

Some one said you can put the blue tube for draining pools instead of the stiff hose that comes with it

I do fleet washing any idea on how to make a 4 channel one? And what do you use to set your ratio?
I am not 100% sure to be honest with you on this one. I would have build something and try it before telling you if it works or not. The downstream injector automatically pulls the strength that’s needed to clean the surface. This setup is good for some hardiboard but mostly vinyl houses. It will not pull strong enough to clean stucco or bricks concrete or super dirty hardiboard.

Im making one but Im adding fittings on each side of the box to connect lines inside and outside so the hose itself isnt going through the hole. I think this will make it completely water proof and make that remote receiver last longer.
I would recommend doing a rubber grommet and push hose through if you are worried about waterproofing. If you start adding fittings it’s more places for a leak to occur. If don’t properly I’m sure it will be fine and you will enjoy it! I do not down stream a lot but it’s sure helpful. The ball valve I used lasted about a year before needing replaced but it’s very cheap and easy to replace
Am I the only one who uses solenoids rather than ball valves? Doesn't really matter either way,..other than the solenoid is instant on/off...
Next time my bv craps out I will try solenoid. I get roughly a year use out of the ball valve

What size hose are you using. To pump, after pump and hose reel hose. I have the remco 7gpm 100 psi pump too and I'm struggling to get the distance that everyone else seems to get. Appreciated your feedback and good video.
Hey Rick, I run 5/8” supply I am actually going to up it to 3/4 on my new trailer build. I will do a video before and after with distance text. Same pump same tips and we will see if this makes a huge difference. I feel the 5/8” gives great supply. Only going up to 3/4 bc others recommend it and my new pump I just bought has 3/4 connections on it. If I want to go further than what my 12v will do I now have roof pump so that helps.

Hello, I have a parking lot striping business I’m just getting off the ground. Wanting to start trying to pick up the surface cleaning on these jobs. I have a 4 gal 4000 psi hot water pressure washer a 275 gal IBC tote . Looking for advice on a surface cleaner that’s compatible with it. And if not using the hot water would it make much difference on the surface clean. I don’t wanna take this on if I can’t do the job correctly with what I have. I’d rather get what’s needed vs doing a bad job. I use it for line cleaning and dumpers pad cleaning. With just a wand . Thanks for any advice I’m in the northern Memphis Tn . area.
Hey, hot water definitely helps. Your equipment will work but you will not want to be doing larger jobs with that setup. I would recommend 16” surface cleaner with that size of pressure washer. When you are able to I would recommend upgrading to at least an 8gpm with hot water. At that point you can do the mini mondo. If you got to 10 or 12gpm you can do the mondo. You can also keep the 4gpm and buy an 8 gpm and Siamese the two together and get 12gpm off that. You will want to make sure they both have the same unloaders. I just finished a parking garage and when not using the hot water you could see lines from surface cleaner and I believe that’s because the heavy traffic of cars and rubber from tires coming off on concrete and hot water lifted it was easier than cold water. I also recommend hot water for grease stain removal.

Doing good quality work with the equipment we have is more important at this time. Then as you said we can grow into bigger jobs. Looking forward to your other videos 👍🏻

How did this work for you?
I built mine 3 years ago works great still. Only thing that failed and it took 2 years was thr ball valve corroded out after 2 years. It's a simple fix one positive wire one negative to reciever and all fixed. Very important to run a bleach neutralizer through it after every wash to maintain it without doing that these ball valves won't last that Long

Sorry for the delay. I have not made one yet. I have been slammed with work and just working with what I have at the moment. I will upload a video when I do get around to this. I believe I’m going to make it with a 3 way ball valve for cleaning lines out after use.

No professional would do this... I don't care how weak the equipment is. You can get it perfect with a small unit and low psi too if you actually look at what you're doing. This seems like maybe a homeowner tried winging it and didn't like how slow it was going and just gave up halfway thru and tried to speed run the rest.

Hey, I mostly use my 12v. I have an ar45 also but don’t use much. I down stream ever so often and it works great when I use it.
Does this need to have a fuse before the box?

I am insured, 5 star rating. Made over 25k this October. (Bleesings) my surface cleaner started recently doing this. 20 inch simpson 4gpm and trust me, I ain't lazy. I outwork almost everybody and hustle my ass. My surface cleaner maybe is going bad. And yes totally agree alot of people use fake photos. When I left those marks they were lighter than that, I pre-treat, and post treat. Also have a trailer mounted over 13k. I repeated Goin over and over taking marks off..I use 12.5 sh not laziness, maybe machine failure. Either way mine didn't look this bad
Yes there are chems to help. I try to stay away from chems and just try to go over a couple of times if needed.

Hey guys just found you on here . I love that mama knows the biz as well and does it with you. We are in Houston now but from New England and raised 5 kids and my wife is from New Brunswick CA. We home schooled for a lot of years and one of our adult children are homeschooling her children and another is considering it .. love the content and the fact you are doing it together is great. I love that you are careful but not bashful about your faith .. I was saying to myself preach it. It is spiritual warfare for sure , in Ephesians 6 it talks about we don’t fight flesh but spirit… loved it keep it up
Thank you for the kind comment, and so many details. That’s encouraging to read about. We love having a large family. It’s not always easy but we wouldn’t have it any other way. And yes there is things going on spiritually that we do not see. We definitely rely on God for so many things. We work hard, but we know that we need Him in it all.
