It's in the hood BUT near a few legendary gay bars 🏳️‍🌈 Next time eat at Ferraro's across the street. 20 years ago it was pretty much exclusively a locals restaurant on the west side of town. They blew up, and now they are where you see them today right near the strip. Excellent authentic Italian they have won numerous awards.

As long as you guys aren't climbing on tables and throwing chips at people, I'll take that as a win!

I’ve recently completed the Virgin Voyages training program, so if you ever do want to try their cruises, I can hook you up. I won’t lie - their ships are VERY impressive. I love the fact there are no premium charge restaurants, free base drinks, and your tips, gratuities and wifi are included. The resort looks like it’s similar in the luxe feeling.

GIADA is OVERATED! How does she stay so skinny?? Cuz she isn't really into her cooking!

We hated this ship. We are RCL top statis cruisers who wanted to love her and gave Carnival a second chance to woo us over. Didn't happen. This ship is stunning in decor but chopped up so much you feel like you're smothered by other passengers at every turn. The main dining is a disaster. Some food venues are great, like Emeril Lagasse's, but most are just meh. We were so put off by the Marketplace lido cafe who only had bacon available for breakfast on alternate days! And very little choice in foods, RCI's Windjammer has 2/3rds more choices over Jubilee's . The only aspect we really enjoyed was the entertainment which is top notch, but For us, two and done.

Okay, so I cried a little. I'm a straight white woman (I mean, I'm half Armenian but you know) so I don't know the struggles you have and the things you need to be cognizant of. I live in a midwest college town, which is, you know, academic, tends to the richer, and defiantly liberal so I don't think. I've mentioned before that we travel for concerts, sometimes internationally, and one of the big changes for the positive was at the first festival after the pandemic, there was so much MORE visible LGBT/queer representation at the festival (which is incredibly nerdy, so perhaps not surprising) and that the majority of the long-time attendees were happy to have new fellow nerds with us. Maybe to me that's some of what pride means - the fact that people who are visibly/openly LGBT can be a seamless part of our tightly woven communities without, to keep the fabric metaphor going, snags. I could keep going, but no one cares. My mom taught me, at an early age, to understand and accept, through her actions. It's probably one of the greatest lessons she ever taught me and my brother.

Make sure you keep an eye on your kids , we had a male member of the fun crew make a pass at our 16 year old son during trivia . If the host is from the Philippines, stay away.

One of my regrets was not riding the roller coaster. But it was cold when we were there in December (says this Michigander) and I just couldn't convince myself. That was, of course, one of the times we walked THROUGH Excalibur and, yes, creepy. Like everything wrong with a casino appealing to children. I mean, I want you to stay there and I'd love to see what the rooms look like... but I'd love it more if it doesn't cost real money. Hahah.
