"sir do you want the b cam"? "no bring out the c cam" .
Live video, live audio, not the same concert. The audio is from Waiting for Columbus. I've listened to that album too many time not to recognize it. Pretty close sync though. Good job.
LF we’re the tightest live Band of all time ! They played each tune just like it was on the record !
I love how they used the music from the Filmore East album and superimposed this performance of the band over it. It gives the illusion that they are actually playing it this time... I love this version but they obvioulsy couldn't find the video for it so they did the best they could. Thanks it is definitlely more interesting then watching an album cover!!
disappointing way to end a set.
betts, just a fantastic song writer and guitarist and just an intricate piece in the greatest band ever.
Terrible video quality. MAGNIFICENT playing.
7:37. The 🎉climax
Sloppy? No mistakes
Too much light show psychedelic. Need to have seen more Duane. Not swirling lights
7:33
This version is off the 1971 Fillmore East album. It's not what is being shown on the video here.
Capolavoro senza tempo!
Can AI fix this?
ever since i was 14 this has been my favorite performance
It was around 1967. I wanted to know who would be playing this weekend, so I called the Fillmore. The voice said “Fillmore”-no mistaking that voice(OMG, that’s Bill Graham)..er ah, “who appearing this weekend?” The answer from Mr. Graham “Jimi Hendrix and Gabor Zsabo”. Me-“is that all?”. “That’s enough”, said Mr. Graham. Love it!
Dayne Peachman channel has lots of ABB.
Page was probably at his best on acoustic in the various (dadgad, etc) tunings improvising.
Sin lugar a dudas, muy buena música. 😂
This is amazing but it's obvious that the audio is not sinked with the video
I'll admit. I was late to the Little feat train. Born in 1976 but really didn't find out about them until I saw a random article on my Google feed talking about how there was this band that all the big guys were fans of. And that has led me down the rabbit hole of Lowell and wow
Song Dickey Betts wrote … In Memory of Elizabeth Reed 🎸
This was at the Fillmore East and is the version that was featured on their Live at the Fillmore East LP. It's great to have a video version to watch the masters at work!!!
Nothing like driving down an ole Tennessee back roads in the late 70’s early 80’s burning one and jamming to this at 2am in the morning, today’s generation will never understand how much great music we had from the whole British Invasion and the Great Southern Rock
Country Cruise! I remember those. 😂😂😂😂
To bad video doesn't have any bass riff shots, the bass player rocked this song.
Kind of ironic but was feeling sad learning about Dickey but then listened to this and all I could do was groove and smile to it....when it ended I then felt sad again knowing that we will never see this kind of greatness again
this film is estranged from the audio recording !!!!!!!!!
Need some good AI to de-interlace this video!
Oh, baby! So incredible!
fk the British bands---this IS the real deal🤘 RiP All Allman Bros lost
With all the debates that have been going on for years as to who was the better guitar player, everyone misses on important point: they were friends. They each had their own touch, their own style and it's easy to tell which one is playing, especially on this song. I'll miss you, Dickey.
This is the epitome of rock music as art.
LIVE AT THE FILLMORE EAST - IMHO the “high water mark” of live recording…..
finally Dickey meets Duane again. they will play together forever. R.I.P
With Berry on Bass!!!
While listening to this, I turned into a bobblehead for 13 mins, such a great tune!
Hopefully when they meet in heaven Elizabeth Reed will thank Mr Betts for putting her name on such a wonderful piece of music.
An incorrigible drunk is going to heaven???
@@nathandodge665WOW! “Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.” “Judge not lest ye be judged.”
@@rayburnyarborough4695 incorrigible drunk
@@nathandodge665 Bless you brother!
One of the. VERY best rock bands of all time, in my view. Funky AF. It's almost jazz. And Greg is seriously kicking ass.
Remember when intelligent life was on this planet?
Well said.
😂😂😂😂😂
Absolute talent across the board
Masterpiece.
Dickie, like a lot of men beat his spouse. Sorry but (for me) that puts a taint on the musical brilliance.
Were you there? Can you even imagine losing a friend, being one of the greatest guitarist that ever lived, twice? Yet, the liquor stores were essential during the plandemic. Besides, nobody cares what you think.
Unbelieveable!
RIP Dickie
Pure bliss………….. no better jam
Who needs lyrics when Duane and Dickie make their guitars sing.
Doesn't get much better than this, especially live.
Listen to berry too , man that’s good
Cameraman missed the solos, especially Dickie’s.
Definitely the best of all the southern rock bands. Could almost be considered southern prog rock.
Epic song - one of my ABB favourites. Fantastic guitar playing - two brilliant solos.
