My hayfever is not horrendous but it does annoy me, I don’t know why but wearing sun glasses in the car, or tinted visor on the bike helps take some of the burn from my eyes, I’ve heard a spoonful of honey (specifically from local area bees) as they are making honey from the pollen in your area, wrote this about 30 seconds before you said it 😂 I buy my hayfever tablets online get a 1 year supply A LOT cheaper than supermarkets, air purifiers will help if you keep up with filter cleaning, make sure you wash your face/hair/eyebrows/eyelashes as they all grab on to the pollen dust

How about some reviews on the local bike shops, where to get bikes, parts, tyres, clothing and work done on the bike. I always try to shop local but finding things is a melt. So end up ordering from the mainland and using CZcams to DIY.

Stopped by Ballycastle yesterday on my bike with the Mrs fully expecting to park up so we could get coffee and food etc only to be greeted by two jobsworth traffic wardens. Ended up buggering off to the clifftop carpark overlooking the rope bridge for ice-cream instead. I'm sure the local businesses of Ballycastle are ecstatic with the reduced trade that this ridiculous ruling has caused. Congratulations. You played yourself. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤡🤡🤡🤡

This is great because I thought motorcycling was literally non existant in Northern Ireland. I thought motorcycles where exempt from all parking tickets? Its not like they are teenage hooligans on an MT07 wearing hoodies and balaclavas doing wheelies shouting bikelife, that only goes on in London. Portrush council dont even like skateboarders as they been asking for a skatepark for decades. But #Omagh council dont mind bikers parking on the footpath because motorcycles are not in their contract. But yea the £18k just to take it out 4 days a year is funny but true.

The Footpath that the Motorcyclists Park on is At Least 18 Feet wide and 40 Feet Long , So the Parked Motorcycles are NOT BLOCKING pedestrian Access , If they Have to Park in the Car Parking Spaces WHERE are the Cars going to Park ( Because if i park my Bike in a Car Park Space ) i am going to use up the whole Bay . You can Say Goodbye to the Coffee / Ice Cream shops Facing that Piece of Footpath and many more of the Shops that Depend on Passing Trade of Motorcyclists and Car owners. If that Piece of Footpath was Only 6 Feet wide i would Agree No more Bikes to be Parked there as they are Blocking the Path , But that Pathway is More than wide enough to Cater for Motorcycles and Pedestrians at the same Time. What would Happen if the Parking of Motorcycles at Newcastle at the Water Complex was Also Banned WHERE are 150 plus Bikes going to Park Total Nonsense and unnessary

I love riding my bike I also love beer, I'm not a person for just having the one, so I know it's best just not to mix the two. Would be devastated to loose my licence let alone hurting or killing someone. A while back I took the wife out on the back, stopped of a country pub for a bite to eat. She started laughing because in all the years it was the first time she'd seen me order a coffee in a pub, I think that's the last time I took her out.

I don't understand it myself. I've never had a drink and ridden or driven. I know that it it's probably legal but even a pint has an effect. In a car it's bad. On a bike it seems worse. Always good to learn new skills. I'll look forward to the videos on the bike work.

Having had to deal with the aftermath of drink drivers I never drink on the same day as I ride or drive (including) the night before. Sheer stupidity. End of.

First thing I thought too was "how typically English" 😂 But yeah, totally agree, any alcohol is too much, especially the amount of extra concentration required riding a bike over driving a car. It doesn't take much effort to choose something else over a pint. And even buy some on the way home and have a wee beer when you're sat on your sofa if so inclined. But yeah. Quite surprising how not bright it looks without lights on it. Looks like a decent bit of kit.

Ive been looking at getting a waterproof oversuit , but seeing this i think it would be a better option , 1 piece oversuits are a bloody nightmare to get on . The only thing that would be of concern to me would be whether the jacket is long enough , when wearing the over trousers, i ride a sports bike and have found that in the past the jacket tends to ride up due to the riding position and then water seeps in , leaving you with a wet arse 😂. The one in the vid looks sufficient though to be honest. Great little review 👍🏻

I've started to wear more casual urban motorcycle clothing, a minimilistic armored jacket, armoured jeans, and protective dainese trainers. So I can go to shops, meetings meet up with people in coffeeshops and walk about without looking like a power ranger. The urban gear has came along way now. The NI shows should have motorcycle video game stations to try and play on its just something different to advertise to the younger crowd. Jake munroe is based in Belfast he is a motorcyclist too and has a youtube channel.

good luck on the new job matey, I recently started a new job role after a promotion, had my first week last week and can tell straight away its going to be difficult but better in the long run.. I start 3 months of training on the 5th so we're both in the new job boat on that day haha best of luck
