    I REALLY enjoy a app called Runna little expensive but totally worth it they have run from couch to 5k all the way to marathon and everything in between plus if u get hurt that have program for that or after pregnancy, also have strength training and and Pilates for the days who dont run, im a beginner and see dramatic change in my runs

    I just bought this brand, any feedback on this brand? My hair is dark brown, and I always used the Walmart box for auburn color, and I still have a quite a lot of red just the gray hair is coming out and the ends are brown which looks bad. I am just wondering if there’s any advices you suggest. And I bleached my hair before 2 to be exact to become blonde. So just want to make sure that won’t affect it. Thanks!

    I used to hate running cause its painful. But after few months and following your tips, not running for a day made me feel empty. I love running now! Dont worry guys, just start at your own suitable pace. I start with pace 10 or pace 11. But now im at pace 5, next target is pace 4 🔥🔥 just dont give up! I know you can!

    Muy bonito el resultado y si debes dejar reposar la henna con algún ácido como limón , vinagre o similar por lo menos 8 horas yo lo dejo toda la noche para que con el ácido la henna suelte todo su pigmento y el resultado sea más vivo. Así que lo que he visto en algún comentario de que es una tontería dejar reposar la henna antes de su uso no tiene ni idea por muchos años que lleve usándola porque si es necesario, y depende de los resultados o la tonalidad que quieras obtener deberás añadirle una cosa u otra , como agua de manzanilla para reflejos dorados.

    While important, I feel you spent too much time with your prefatory remarks. Indeed, almost half of the length of your video before launching your discussion on this topic. When I was in high school the correct information about pregnancy was presented. How sad that they should be dishonest in your high school on this important subject. If a woman truly does not wish to become pregnant (not a "person", which is absurd, for only females of our species can become pregnant), she should simply avoid having sex, whose entire purpose is procreation, NOT pleasure. Conversely, if a woman has sex with a male and permits him to ejaculate into her vagina, she cannot say she has no interest in becoming pregnant. That is akin to saying you wanted to go swimming or take a shower, but not to get wet.

    Hi! Thank you for the video. I have a question: can I use a leave-in conditioner (that is used after towel-drying hair) or oil (such as jojoba oil)? i didn't use any conditioner when rinsing, so now the hair is all dry and tangled. will adding jojoba oil or a leave-in conditioner be a good or a bad thing?

    It is funny how every video about henna starts from the bottom. Then you end up with long messy strands that gets henna all over your clothes. In India, they always start from the top. Put the henna on, roll the hair and stick it to the top of your head. Strand by strand you stick it to the top of your head and this keeps your messes to a minimum. So much easier.     Apps. I have used Strava, Adidas and Garmin Connect with Foreunner 220 all more a large amount of workouts, mainly running. Stopped using apps on runs now and just do the workout and wont use apps again. Turns out I gained nothing fron using them. Not preaching here, what best for me might not be best for you.
