That's impressive. Best I've managed in my N sedan was a 1:55. Unfortunately the Australian model retains the stupid octane learning from the Elantra in the states so it was only running at about 160kW on some old worn out tyres (I could only manage 165km minimum speed through turn 1). Lot's of upgrades with a tune incoming with some new AD09's now so I'm excited to get into the 1m40's next time i go out.

Great racing mate! I watched the entire video and was very impressed. The evo seems to have a lot more power but I was pleasantly surprised how you were catching him into T5 and through the slow speed corners. 🧐 Car sounds and handles great, and awesome to see the NA power at play 👌 I was wondering if there was any chance of cutting T1 & T2 more to keep up your speed there and keep closer to the evo into T3? Also, when you cut T4 really hard you get a really nice exit into the sweeper and get right on his tail. Congrats on the win 🎉 and extra congrats on new class record 🏆 subscribed ❤
Cheers mate! In other cars I cut T1 and T2, but the Silvia didn't seem to like it as much. The kerbs are pretty brutal. T1 wasn't too bad, but cutting T2 kerb unsettled the car too much.

It was just that I thort my perception of the road speed was skie wif. Or the memories I have of my s14 were mis leading my concept of legendary experiences in it was just me fooling myself 🤔 .. love the gear it your race car, it reminded me of how some times I would shift gears at the same rate as your sequential close ratio box ,just mucking around cos of the full torque tune 501 Nm = broke 7 gear boxes over 10 years

@@RyanGorton Insert surprised Pikachu face here. :( It is such an insane (in it's class) car.. I kinda feel sad now. :/ Mine has about 15.000km (private and commercial use) now after about 9 months. Hopefully your brother gives it the love it deserves. :D I'm just too lazy to clean it every 7 days.. Wish you the best for the future. :)
