2:32 do you feed me after? Asking the important question. She is great.
mükemmel
Her voice sounded really nasal during the 2002 Tour with Band, but not here!! It sounds like her solo radio performances in 2002.. delightful..❤
Bag puss I love you thank you to make is video please make more please and like my comment.
My law teacher sent me this the night before an exam! what a gem ❤️
So, the whole world revolves around Bagpuss. Whenever he wakes up, everyone else wakes up too. What if the other characters want to have a day off??
beautiful.
;( YEA
Happy 50th birthday Bagpuss!
God, what a performance
I love how she's faking it on this performance
And I’m having a boo 😢 just like everyone else here, such innocent and beautifully crafted stories… It’s not pure nostalgia either, any young age group who watches this will be captivated… What incredible work by Oliver Postgate and Peter Firmin - ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
She sounds like a siren ❤
I love this so much! Ryan you’re Mr. zebra 🦓 is amazing!!! #ToriAmos #BoysForPele
Such weak people…would not know sarcasm…scam artist …histronics…
Those British interviews are always so dull and stupid
I’ve seen many performances of CALS, but this is the first time I’ve seen this one.
Very worthwhile. Many thanks for the video.
Nice video
My bride as an tip.
Bagpuss is like no other series that was around then it’s one of its kind it just has a magical charm by itself.
And the decay of the instrument is beautiful too.
The sound of the autoharp instrument playing the up and down notes when the characters are waking up and going back to sleep always sounds so strangely nostalgic and quite mysterious maybe not dark but always certainly mysterious sounding.
she's sooOh sahad people.....and in a few seconds....she will definitely be that again.....and again...
Is she talking about Trent??

No End They said that it was snowing in astounded tones upon the news. I wonder why they're always so surprised 'cos every year it snows. Frozen images of snowploughs as they churn along the motorways. I haven't had no boots to wear or any loot to spare for days and days. I've travelled more than forty miles today, i must have grown some wings. It's strange how time just seems to fly away, i can't remember things. In a world of my own they say and who can blame them, they're just not the same. I've known about it all along though i thought i was all wrong, and it's such a shame. Why don't you have any brushes any more, i used to like your style. I see no paintings anywhere and there's no smell of turpentine. Did i really have no meaning? well i never thought i'd hear those words from you. Find more lyrics at ※ Mojim.com Who needs a meaning anyway, i'd settle anyday for a very fine view. I couldn't even tell you all the changes since you saw me last. My dreams were like the autumn leaves, they faded and they fell so fast. In fact as you say the snows are here and how the time it slips away. But i'm glad you did pass by, i think i'll have another try. it's another day. The day and then the night have gone, it was not long before the dawn, And the travelling man who sat so stiffly in his chair began to yawn. Having kept me here so long my friend, i hope you have a sleeping place to lend, But the painter he just smiled and said: i'll see you in a while, this one has no end.
“But Emily loved him” - it’s so beautiful: I bawl every time
She was one of the FEW real stars that Britain produced during her era. Talent in spades! There was little she couldn't do. But I'd guess she refused to play the Hollywood game. Well...
My Mum, who, weirdly, resembled our Jessie, used to do a rather good impersonation of this number. Gosh! How we laughed!
I first seen Bagpuss back in 1979 when i was 4-5 years old. but its funny the end always made feel very lachrymose. and now i am an adult the end effects me even more. like Bapuss i have beoome old and raggety about the seems. My mum, dad, brother all have left me and now i am all on my own in the world. And like Bagpuss when i dream i dream of times gone pass when i wasn't so alone I wsh now i had an old rag doll like Bagpuss to hug to give me some succour in these lonely years. as i have no wife and children. i never though i would reach this age without a wife and family. but there you go. but like Bagpuss i know life will be good again some day. and like him i dream of better days..
There will be better days ahead for you. Sending you my very best.
Patricia Quinn auditioned for The Rocky Horror Show with this song
The most successful and substantial performer British musicals ever had. All in six years.
And I thought I was the only one who was touched by this...
Her best album and one of my favorite tracks from it, for sure. I stopped listening to Tori after SLG, but her first five albums are on repeat to this day. The music from this era 90s - early 2000s is iconic and cannot be replicated.
A lot of people think Scarlet’s Walk is her best album. I prefer BFP-FTCH eras, but SW is lovely too. It’s pretty commonly regarded as her last “masterpiece” album. You should give it a try!
@@bettynelms9899 Very few people who were fans before Scarlet is consider it her best.
no one considers scarlet to be her best. boys for pele is considered her best which it is@@bettynelms9899

😘❤🥰🙏
I haven't seen this in years. I wasn't prepared for "but Emily loved him"
i didn't think the Fairport version could be bettered. I was wrong - this is just wonderful. Intimate, intricate, heartfelt. A song written by a young person that takes on so much more significence when listened to later in life. Thanks for uploading
Love her
Beautiful🌹✌🐦🌈💖😘r,I,p,Sandy, who knows where the time goes,💖
Must have Got something in my eye, seems to be watering for some reason.
Sandy was such a rare and special talent. And this video for once perfectly accompanies Sandy's wonderful music.
Richard and Judy were pretty chill with Tori. It was cute.
It's funny, they are famously like white bread in human form, but they had her on a few times and always totally rolled with it and seemed genuinely fascinated by the Tori takes.
