You never explained the "if you build into it" part that you mentioned at the beginning of your video.... That's extremely frustrating. Also why don't you use IFG grenades? You're calling a flare gun for light melee only, so why not IFG grenades as melee only? What, is a damage boost somehow cheating when all you're using to kill bugs is your pickaxe?

Scorching tide is a disgustingly strong clean in disguise, giving near instant burst damage which the crspr usually lacks. It's particularly good for tough bugs like praetorians, oppressors, and dreadnoughts. Plus it just denies the existence of the nemesis which is incredible.

Driller and Engi are your best friends with this overclock.

Instead of carpet bomber, i just use area damage on tier 3 and that one stable overclock that gives +1 area damage and +0.3 blast radius

I remember when people were dunking on bullet hell for being the worst LS OC, simply because it halved DPS. I've always loved it for the insane crowd control, something that I feel the LS lacked a bit unless you went with an aggressive venting build. Taking improved stun on T3 is my personal favorite, it stops entire waves of bugs in its tracks and lets you finish off armored enemies with your secondary

I personally dont understand the you cant move while firing thing, it woulr make sense if the fire rate got buffed to like 50 or some shit but all this does is give a damage boost.... It cripples the player for no reason.... I could see MAYBE a 25% movement speed but zero??? Nah.... I just use exhaust vectoring instead, 14 damage, and still able to move, hell if anything the new oc should remove movemwnt, 40 fire rate.... That would justify the use of aggressive venting to remove the hordes surrounding you cuz you cant move and would balance it cuz ive got a REALLY bad feeling devs are gunna nerf it into oblivion due to how many people are saying its over powered

Scorching tide is literally just salvo module 2.0 (I’m not complaining though 😏) it literally adds an extra overpowered ability and the drawback is that the ability in question has limitations without changing the primary fire
