What's the siren for ??? Have a great Sunday.......
The panicky “where the fuck is it!?!?” Lmfao that shit killed me man
Is the bridge still in operation ????
Yes. Still in operation and built very well. These pictures were taken just a few weeks ago. I had a chance to read the informatioin plaque near the bridge and I think it was built in 1905. Still functions wonderfully. The story: Decades ago my pal and I were staying in Duluth and skiing in the area. After a few beers and very late at night, we were exploring down by the lake and decided to start climbing the girders of the bridge, just for fun. Of course, when the lake is frozen, there is no boat traffic in the harbor. Thus we were quite certain that the bridge house was unmanned. It was comletely dark inside which convinced us further that it was empty. Our mistake. They were watching us and they did, indeed, ask us if we wanted to spend a night in jail. We may have paused for a moment before we answered but we were quite polite and accepted the offer to leave and we did not offer any smart alecky answers. 🙂🙂
@@bruchorama Sounds like you had a fun evening..... Some friends and I sneaked into a elevator shaft "years back" and road the elevator up and down on the roof of the car, fun days.......
This is classic work..... I have watched this with my kids, grandson and with many coworkers "during break of course." Have a great day.
My all time favorite video.the guys talking made it so perfect
There are a few others. Watch the one with the guy running with the cigar in his mouth
Funny thing, at first glance at 0:34 I thought that said "Transgender Pistol Pete" Sorry.......
I might hire you for all my re-writes. You can make them more current and more relevant for todays' viewers!!!🙂

This was great
Man I can't believe no one commented on this in a month .. This was hilarious.
We didn't see you put the shoes on...... Will there be a part two???? lol
Stay tuned, my friend!
I'll have coffee at the ready......@@bruchorama
Them going somewhere "conservatives" Them going nowhere "woke democrats" What movie is that from ???
That's from THE 1969 film, "PAINT YOUR WAGON." A musical with Lee Marvin, Clint Eastwood and Jean Seberg. Funny film. Made funnier by the fact that neither one of those guys can sing. You are 100% right about your "somewhere" and "nowhere" characterization. But it seems that "them goin' nowhere" have somehow gained control and are determined to run us aground.
Surfs Up Dude........
This story caught my eye because my grade school/ high school chum lives in Half Moon Bay. His nickname is "Dan the Dude."
Quite the dancer, does it run in the family ????
Not on my side!!!😀
Are you sure, you're up there with Michael Jackson himself with your foot work......@@bruchorama

That's my friend singing, not me. Short video showing happier days.

You're such the jokester..... You must be very popular around the house..... lol

How does the saying go.....? "If a man is in the woods and no one can hear him speak, is he still lying?"😎😎😎
Looks like it was a great day.......
It was a very nice day and included a victory as well. It is certainly a far cry from the old Memorial Stadium. I spent quite a bit of time inside it when I was a student there in the 1970's. I even ran into former Governor Wendell Anderson there on my daily jog. He was there for a workout as well.
Is that same school that was in one of your 70's vid's where you were playing baseball with some friends? Time to take my grandson to the dentist, UGH. Have a great day.@@bruchorama
The playing baseball video was from the U. of MN out in Morris, MN. Made several films there. But also made some near the TC campus. I lived at 7 corners and made a film there. Before it got popular. One film opens up with a man in a cowboy hat coming out of a bar. When I made the film, around the mid 1970's, the cowboy comes out of a bar called "Joe and Pete's 2-1/2 bar." Soon after that, 7 corners became trendy and that bar became "Bullwinkles." Very popular for decades but I think even that bar is closed now.
You're a man of many stories...... That's a good thing......@@bruchorama
Happy Birthday......
Thanks Mike. My grandson is now 17. How is that possible. 👨🦲
Mine is 15, is taller and weights more than me. But I'm still stronger "for now" lol Have a great day.@@bruchorama
How old is the green radio? Mid Century? Nothing like a good A-Bomb vid in the morning......... Back to yard work..... Sad Face
The radio is simply an image I copied from the internet to use in the video. I may have mentioned this before but this video is simply a spoof of the former radio show, now a podcast, called Garage Logic. Formerly on KSTP AM1500. The host, Joe Soucheray, always made jokes about keeping cigarettes under glass. He doesn't smoke because it is unhealthy. But when the mushroom clouds start popping up, all bets are off. His tongue in cheek attitude is that having a cigarette right before you are incinerated by an atomic bomb is no longer a health hazard. :)
I Guess that makes sense. For me, I would go in the backyard garage and work on my 65 El Camino just one last time......@@bruchorama
Somewhere between 1993 and 1997????
Good guess. I am now guessing too but I think closet to 1993.
One of my kids likes the macarena and the other said is was stupid, I tend to agree with the latter......@@bruchorama
Wait..... What..... The vid didn't show the finished Ice Castle............ Bill Clinton, UGH......
Yeah: I didn't hang around long enough to see it. One thing they did which I didn't like is that after the ice fest, they knock the ice wall down. Just leave it alone. While it is still standing, it is a billboard promoting the Ice Fest, which takes place every year. And mother nature will take care of the rest. Come summertime, there will be no trace of the old ice wall. Ah but liability has reared its ugly head. Can't leave the wall standing because someone might get hurt climbing on or being near the wall. Lawsuits, doncha know. Oh yeah. The Clinton mask. Don't know who brought that. But the stocking cap with the fish was mine.
Mike: You are the best!
That's a lot of snow........ A lot of snow.......
George Lucus and Steven Spielberg would be proud.....
I could only be so lucky! Thanks, Mike!
Someday............ Well time to get ready for work. Have a good day.@@bruchorama
What's up? I was doing some research on vintage TV shows. Years back you lived in Golden Valley, Clayton Moore "The Lone Ranger" became a realtor, established Ranger Realty, and helped develop Golden Valley. Learn something new everyday.
I knew he lived in Golden Valley but I didn't know the rest. By the way, I had 2 of the Physics Is Born videos posted by accident. You mentioned that the one you watched was silent. I have since removed that video and left just the version with sound, if you want to watch it again, this time with sound.
Getting back to Clayton Moore: We knew where his house was. I told my little brother that I got a chance to climb the fence to take a peek into Clayton Moore's back yard one day and I asked him "guess what I saw?" He didn't know. I said "A teepee." His eyes got big. Of course, it could only be be "you-know-who."
@@bruchorama Great story. My oldest son and his girlfriend and I went to Forest Lawn Cemetary in Glendale to visit Clayton Moore and Walt Disney about a year ago. They are buried about 120 feet apart. Really enjoyed the repost of Physics is Born.....

Nothing like great software......
And that is ancient software. 10 or 12 years old. For a long time I was very happy with the free Movie Maker program that came with windows. Not fancy but sufficient and easy to learn. They dropped it so I started exploring others. I have a couple of them now but they are very sophisticated. Much more than I need. More features than I'll ever use. Simpler is better and when I get proficient in a program, I like to stick with it.
@@bruchorama You seem to be a man on a "video" mission..... lol
I guess so, in a manner of speaking.
Just watching the Russian dance made my knees hurt.... OUCH

@@bruchorama Ahhhh, Binion's, I think thery're still in business. I really need to get to work........ Later......
I surprised you never got into TV or movies. Just tried to watch Physics is Born but there is no sound ????
I tried. Came very close. But that's life. I will check on the Physics film. There are 2 of them. I may have left the one with no sound posted by accident. The no sound version, with cue cards, was the original film from decades ago. I have had a chance to re-edit, add sound and narration and special effects. I will delete the silent film and leave only the sound version.
@@bruchorama Do you still keep in touch with your friends that were in the Physics film?. That vid "film" showed great comedic content and timing.
Nothing will ever take the place of great memories......
👍
@@bruchorama Did you ever make a video for your trip to Expo74 ??? Well off to work for me............
The choreography is outstanding...... REALLY
Love those guys, especially Dean Martin. So fun loving, relaxed and easy going, doesn't take much of anything too seriously. If you ever watch his TV show, he seems to be enjoying it more than anyone else. I heard that he never rehearsed. Just taped it on the fly. He had a segment on his show where he would open his closet door and discover a surprise celebrity guest. He never knew who it was going to be so his reaction is genuine. He is as surprised as anyone else. Also, I always believed that he was actually drinking on the show, and even on the tonight show. Not long ago I heard that not only did he not drink on his show, or the Carson show, but that he didn't drink at all. That it was just a gimmick. But he sure pulled it off well.
@@bruchorama My brother and I would watch his show with my mom and dad, we only had one TV back then. lol lol
Same here. One BIG tv. A console. Had legs and stood on the floor. Of course, you know the rest. You had to walk over to it to change the channel and the volume and the on-off. But think about this: In the old days, you could walk into anyone's home and you knew how to operate the radio. (AM only, on-off knob which also controlled the volume and a station selector. Same rules applied to the TV. And think about cars. You could climb into any car. You knew how to put it in gear, operate the radio, the turn signals, wipers and the headlights. If you ever borrow or rent a car today, you have to spend several minutes to figure out how to operate it!!???)
@@bruchorama My youngest son has a saying; The smarter the car--the dumber the driver, the smarter the phone--the dumber the user..... LOL I still have a eight year old Flip-Phone.
Aren't grandkids great ???
Wouldn't trade those times for anything. Hard to believe it was already 10 years ago!
@@bruchorama Time flies when you have fun. Seems like yesterday I was on a road trip to Expo74....
Well, it looks like you're ready for Vegas. When you start can I get some tickets?
I will get you a table right up front. Everything is comped. 2 shows nightly 7 nights a week at the Flamingo. Also included are 2 rolls of quarters for the slot machines.😊
@@bruchorama Gee, thanks... And not to worry, I know the rule--- " What happens in Vegas goes on Twitter" lol
Love the hats because they must make the W0KE mad as hell, they are patriotic.....

Now all you need is Mick Jagger singing "She's a Rainbow" sorry-bad joke
First off, I have never been able to clearly see both ends of a rainbow simultaneously. It was amazing. Imagine being able to score 2 pots of gold off one rainbow! 😊 But one thing I did not notice when I took the video was that the end of the rainbow on the south, (right side of the video) terminated exactly, and I mean exactly, on our dock. Didn't realize it at the time.
What a place to live, is that your yard??? It is getting close to Thanksgiving.....
Yes, our yard and the neighbors yard. They have been coming around now for a couple of months. They are a group,( flock?), of about 25. I hear people say that wild turkeys are kind of tough. Not good eating.
Nothing like friends and family...... In another few months that million dollars will buy a "Happy Meal"
HA. And with NO fries.
@@bruchorama Next year that million may get a free small glass of warm water.
Short but sweet......
Kind of an inside joke for my friends. We all used to work at that restaurant and the one fellow in the white shirt was actually our boss. I was just playing around with the features of a snazzy new Super 8mm movie camera that I took out on loan from the Uiversity of Minnesota.
But can you put it back together??? lol Time to work in the back yard, have a great day.
Yes and it was easy. Put all the pieces in a bucket and brought it into the house. In an hour, it had reassembled itself.......... into the exact way it began....... As a bucket of water. HAHA.
@@bruchorama That was so funny I forgot to laugh........
Who's that goon standing around with a toddler??
I am pretty sure it is just some guy who walked across the border down in Arizona. Defintely not from the U.S.
Nice!!
Thanks!
I have been kicking around the ides of getting a drone. Your pretty good, thanks for your time.....
I would do it. It is pretty exciting.
Hello~ bruchorama!wow-pro .all the best-
Thanks
Great drone work, what a place to live..... When did you get a drone?
Sorry Mike. I am very poor at paying attention to comments. I got into drones because of my son-in-law. He is the expert. I am pretty green. I have had it for quite awhile but I just don't fly it enough to get good. I started out with a few $39 -$49 drones. Relatively cheap and easy to fly. But the one I have now is very sophisticated compared to the cheapies. And even that one is old now, by drone standards. I have probably had it now for 5 or 6 years. The day I got it in the mail I crashed it. Actually destroyed it. I thought I knew how to fly it right out of the box because of all the cheap drones I had been flying so I didn't read the instructions. But this drone was much more sophisticated. And a lot HEAVIER too. It is a DJI Phantom 3 Standard. I think drones today are better, faster, lighter and cheaper. And they all have pretty nice cameras now. But mine still flies ok and I am an infrequent pilot so it works just fine for me.
Looks like you had a great day, and night......
It was a blast!
Nothing like friends and family.....
Agreed!
