Breguet has a spectacularly accurate movement with a hovering balance shaft used in only one of their models. I'm not sure we can call Breguet the best watchmaker of all time, especially when his contemporaries include John Arnold, but he's certainly better known and publicised than many of the greats. I'm pleased to see the brand that bears his name enjoying a resurgence, and these are solid examples that reflect a long-established aesthetic, and an modern fresh design language.

That historic Grand Seiko logo must be the logo on every Grand Seiko watch. The logo now, with the GS font clashing with the different gothic Grand Seiko font is hideous, plus, why in the hell does Grand Seiko have to say Grand Seiko twice on the dial?
