This is what I used to do when I was young and I am sitting here with my press on the ball joint smacking the crap out of the ball joint knuckle out of the axle housing and I just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t gonna have any problems doing that so I researched and I found your video and man thank you so much, I just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t gonna hurt anything and you confirmed that for me❤❤❤ 2014 Jeep JK with big tires and a lift and I love it I do all my own work. I upgraded the battery cables on my wrangler and Grand Cherokee. Locating all the ground connections was the most challenging part, but still doable.

Hi CPO, I love your videos mate and took your advice and purchased the same set-up for my 2008 JK auto 4 door. The setup was fairly straightforward. specifically by cutting down the main plug to 7 cables. I’m having some issues programming it. The blue light keeps on flashing on the main unit it does not turn to a solid blue and the remote lights go on but it will not unlock or lock the doors. Any suggestions? I’m in Sydney Australia

Is there a way to fabricate a connection from the tire carrier to the tailgate so that it’s only one step to access rear storage?

I carry a high lift the brand and a floor jack in my rig. Both got me out of a serious jam in Colorado on radical hill. A boulder got wedged under my truck that was probably 200 pounds. Took 2 hours solo to get unstuck. I'll always carry a high lift.

I cant believe they designed this with so many weak points. I am actually starting to have issues with mine, i think its that ignition switch. And if it was to deter theft, it still looks easy to steal by unbolting that ignition switch and using a flat head to turn it..

Wow! I just found your channel. I saw others talk about the slip stream cargo security but there was no real information about how it all assembles. You covered it all including the blue tape trick on the socket to hold the washer. That alone was worth watching the whole install. I don't take my hard top off so I am really not too worried about security. However, the newer models have the capability of adding extra height and I can install a slide out for my cooler. I haven't yet seen any of your other videos but I subscribed because this one was so thorough and helpful. I look forward to seeing your other videos.

Do you know what part I need to buy......my metal fuel lin thgoes down the frame on the drivers side to the back......the soft line that connects to the metal fuel line is broke...and my 97 tj is getting no fuel.....can you tell me what part to buy...desparate to get my jeep going.

HOW TO START YOUR JEEP WITH BAD IGNITION SWITCH OR ACTUATOR. Excellent video, I don't know if someone else added this. Pull you starter relay and jump the two largest slots with an insulated piece of wire or small set of needle nose pliers.

Hey guys and girls, im having the same problem, i have a Jeep '15 and it worked fine for 2 weeks and then when i turned on the car, it just the " Android loading" ive done the papercllip., 5-10-30 second hold and nothing n it just keeps reliading

One nice thing about the Stahlbus is that it can be installed with a skid plate still on the truck. With the Fumoto you gotta remove your skid (on a Tacoma) cause most of them require being installed with an open end wrench. Gotta ask, how's it been going? Some people pointed out those ball valves can get debris and leak. To me the solution to that is just leave the cap off, refill the truck and see if it's weeping, if it isn't then the valve seat is clean. There's also the question of the o-rings wearing out.

ugghhh. not easy but it worked. I've done the air chisel before and it destroyed the shock mount and we had to make new ones and weld them in and sandwich a DIY steel plate in there. Got a rusty 2004 TJ now. Dropping the gas tank and lifting the body are going to be a nightmare with broken bolts and body mounts...... I do dig the 90 degree Dremel

im gona attempt to do this later today, my actuator broke, i did process of elimination, tried the cylinder first then did the ignition switch and found out the pin broke into the switch!!! so this video definitely helps a ton, im gona attempt to replace here later.. Thank you for this video

Just rented from them (few days in Moab/then to Vail (annual trip) and it was outstanding! Even in the heat - did Baby Lion's Back/Fins N' Things and most of Hells Revenge with my wife/three toddlers. Absolutely will maximize my next rental even further by hiring one of their Driver/Guides (follow the leader) to learn more tribal knowledge/various lines and suggestions to take and some spotting on obstacles we'd like to pursue. Can't say enough about the quality of their equipment/condition and customer experience.

I was doing a water crossing in February one year. I had a friend of mine with me. The water was pretty high and traveling fast and ice on the edges of this stream. I made it a crush. My buddy was not that experienced, the water blew him right over, and he was trapped under the bike underwater.. I was able to get the bike off of him. If I had not waited for him to crash that stream, I don’t know what would’ve happened… years later, I went to look at a Honda XL 250 it was advertised for sale. I knew the area where this guy lived because it was on the news for having a recent flood. I asked him straight out, was your bike in this flood. He said no, the water got in my garage, but it only came up to the tires… so I went to look at it. We could not get it started… I pulled the spark plug to see if it was fouled... it was wet.. so we cleaned the spark plug and I hooked it up to the spark, plug cap and grounded, the plug to see if we had spark. I kicked the engine over with the plug out to see if it had spark.., Rusty water shot out of the spark plug hole.. A lot of rusty water.. I just looked at the guy and walked out.. another water crossing event I was working as a salesman at a local Yamaha shop part time. A customer brought in his Yamaha WR 250 - two-stroke engine without the cylinder on. The connecting rod was bent out to the side at a 45° angle and back, and the wrist pin was still in line with the crank pin. If you can picture that, the connecting rod was shaped like a lightning bolt… because he had been in the black water 100 Enduro race, and completely submerged the bike.. he could not get it started, so somebody towed him to the top of a long hill, and he got it rolling and clicked it up in the second or third gear, and tried to bump start it. The water in the crank case came up through the transfers, and the Pistons could not compress the water, and it ended up, bending the connecting rod Like a pretzel
