Sassy...I’m getting the idea that Brian and Roger want us all to think that it was only Freddie who was swindled by Norman Sheffield....it’s like they didn’t want to be associated with it ....afraid of the negativity...in fact they Were all swindled by the manager...shout out to John Deacon...the manager refused to give John money to buy a house...so John broke the contract...Freddie said that it was John who saved them when this happened...after that Deaky managed their finances🤩

The band members who performed this concert where,Lead singer Ronnie Van Zant,(passed away) Guitarist Allen Collins (the one who was all in white, plus also passed away) Guitarist Steve Gaines (passed away) Bassist Leon Wilkinson (passed away, Guitarist Gary Rossington (passed away) On Piano, Billy Powell (passed away) and on Drums, Artimis Pyle (still Alive) . The Plane crash on October 20th of 1977 , Took the lives of the pilot and co-pilot, Road Manager Dean kilpatrick, Lead singer Ronnie Van Zant, back up singer Cassie Gaines who was also Steve Gaines older sister, and Guitarist Steve Gaines, were all killed in that crash.

Love this song live, it's so energetic. Especially the part where Freddie's vocals matches the notes Brian is playing, that's almost a Jazz kind of thing. I think the whole disco / funk theme that appeared on this "Hot Space" record polarised queen listeners at the time, including me. Now we can decouple from that stigma we can look back as see the true merit of this. I really enjoy it. I wonder if Roger and Brian would look back at this a little more kindly themselves.

Hi Sassy, just to put the record straight....Norman Sheffield was Queen’s manager in the early days...he swindled them...also John asked him for money to buy a house...Norman refused so John broke the contract...John (the baby) became Queen’s financier and also the crew manager...Freddie always credited John as saving them from disaster...so this why in concerts you see Freddie turn his arse to the crowd (who are in on the joke) to remind Norman of what he missed out on as Queen became extremely successful🤩 by the way Norman knew the song was about him, even though his name isn’t mentioned...he tried to sue Queen and failed👏🏻
