Yes, if you want a cake double the size, use double the ingredients. As for the oven temp, you might have to lower the temp just a bit and bake for longer. Keep an eye on your cake and check after the provided baking time.

Hello, since everyone has been asking The red crumbs are the leftover cake crumbs that were left out from levelling the cake. So in short I crumbled the red velvet cake into crumbs and used it to decorate the cake
