This is definitely a constitutional issue. Costly to appeal and time consuming, so most lawyers won't want to do anything about it and tell the client nothing can be done. However, this is a perfect example of state interference on the right to interstate travel, which was recognized by the u.s. supreme court as a fundamental right. Don't argue with the cops, save it for the courts. Last thing you want is to get towed.

i appreciate you spreading awareness about these crooked thugs. I just got state reffed for the third time a week ago that ill be making a video on. The crazy thing is the 3 Riverside Street Task Force units that pulled me over and targeted me for just a loud exhaust that then escalated into a modified emissions ticket once i popped my hood. (also gave me 4 other tickets like, no front plate etc. with the state reff included). He also said he will arrest me if i don't pop my hood and impound. How is that not a threat lol? Like c'mon man.. I'm the nicest most respectful guy, i obey all traffic laws , no criminal record.. The best part out of all this is they all had their units running for 30+ min during the whole traffic stop. So, lemme get this straight.. They are giving me a ticket for emitting emissions while all 3 of them are emitting emissions leaving their units at idle. How is that allowed at all? That's not for the people at all..

If it just has to pass emmission standards then stopping at the 1st smog test station & passing will satisfy that requirement. Just smog test it which means no obdll fails & you're good to go. Or is there more to it? Like a legal inspection certification from the DMV?

Get a wholesale dealer license just need to fill out some forms and get a $5,000 bond. Drive anything you want on the road with a dealer plate. Currently driving a 996 GT3 dedicated track car with a cup exhaust . Cops can’t do anything about it.

Told him Exactly what the dude in the video said "tf you talking about my license and car isn't even from this state" cop said the same shit "you have to abide by the state laws you're driving in to" I told him to fk off because I'm not going to peel off my tint so I can drive back and get it signed off.
