Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro not sucking up water (solved)
We had an issue while using our new carpet cleaner. The vacuum was not picking up what we were putting down (obligatory dad joke.) We consulted Bissell on how to troubleshoot loss of suction, and all their steps didn't help. Finally we figured out that the "float" in the dirty water tank got stuck. There was a piece of debris caught in between the wall of the central intake and the "float"

Thank you!! ❤️😁
Thank you!
Thank you! We have a smaller model but your instructions helped!
Thank you so much for this video. I was having the same problem. However I took the gray ring off the bottom and could clean the float thoroughly!
I was about to throw it away lol. Thank you 😊
2:30 this was very helpful, thanks
This cleaner is not worth it. I appreciate your video but it made my point exactly. "A grain of sand was stuck so it wouldn't move.". As a long time dog owner I have tried many vacuums/cleaners. This is absolutely the worst machine I ever wasted money on. I donated it to someone who didn't mind the constant hassel of cleaning every part each time you use it. For several hundred dollars I expect things to be built much better. I use mine weekly and no way II'm pulling it apart every time. My 5 year old machine works better than this.
Your video was helpful. Thank you.🙂
Thank you so much
I have nothing but problems with any cleaner I use. I just bought an upholstery cleaner an it does not pull the water up either - I am SOOOOOO over it all...
Thank you!
As many have said, THANK YOU, same machine, same issue as everyone, but because of being a man, I wasn't allowed to consult the manual with out fear of arrest and prosecution. Oh the humanity! Now surely life will be a bowl of cherries from hear on out, so thanks for stopping me from throwing my brand new carpet shampooer into the wall.
None of the pro vacuum repair guys' videos touched on this. Solved my problem!!!!
I just bought my first carpet cleaner and with the very little bit of research I have done the very first thing that came into my mind when you described the problem was that it has something to do with the floater. Its a shame a trained bissell tech could not think to have you check that.
that pos aint worth a fuck
Thank you!
Thank you so much. I thought I broke my shampooer❤
You have helped me immensely! My problem was how to snap back on the plastic top (front floor nozzle assembly). I watched you pop that back on by snapping it on from the bottom first, and then the top 1:30. You are a Godsend! I repeatedly tried to pop it on by the nozzle top first and it kept on popping off, so you helped without even knowing it.
Thank you.
Holy Shit....THANK U
It sucks
Mom I hate this machine it is made to break
Thank you. Your video helped the problem I was having.
Mine came directly out of the bottom. I'm trying to get it back in. But it keeps falling back out. Please help
So glad I came across this video. I had the same exact issue. Thank you for making the video!!
I GYAT SOMETHING IN MY EYES
this is my problem now
It's been a couple months now since I've bought this tablet and it is great. czcams.com/users/postUgkxLNmVocUk8tnSkwWIlYSNFzWRIaFTBuzS The tablet is responsive and runs well. There were a few times that the tablet did an awkward thing where it would detect pen on at all times and wouldn't register finger press, but it is usually fixed by closing and opening either the screen or app. This is highly likely due to my excessive use for drawing which caused this and wasn't really very big. As I mostly enjoy using the tablet for drawing (and some light gaming), I would comment from that aspect that there is definitely more accurate pressure and drawing using a PC device and drawing tablet, however i find the moveablity of the tablet more enjoyable to draw on. Like how you can physically rotate and move a piece of paper around or even draw casually on your bed.All in all, as a tablet it is good, and as a drawing device can be good depending on what you want from a drawing device. It is definitely good enough if you just want to use it to take notes. For typing though I can't comment on the keyboard as I did not get the keyboard.
Got rid of mine after a year. Sick of it not sucking up and trouble shooting. Just work and stop getting blocked.
Thank you so much!!!! Very helpful
Thank you that's good to know.
I had the same problem and I was so frustrated, just about to take it in for repair. Many thanks for your video, you saved the day!
Brilliant!! I'm gonna try it now! Thank you
You can actually take that part completely out and clean it too. Unscrew the bottom piece and then pull up the cylinder piece and then slant it forward to get it completely out and clean it. My husband did the carpet after I had cleaned with oxyclean... Don't do this! The oxyclean expands and overflowed all over so I had to take it completely apart and clean each piece. It's helpful to get the cylinder out to clean the tank and make sure the float is clean so it works properly. Especially with alot of dog hair!
Solved my problem! Thank you so much!!!
Oh my God, thank you so very much. I literally just bought my cleaner like an hour ago and I began to get frustrated because it wasn’t picking up water😢. Your video saved the day 😅
