    What happens if you team in “switch independent” mode and the switch that the active NIC is plugged into loses its uplinks to the rest of the network but remains UP (for example, a network uplink module in the switch had a fault)? Will windows detect that and fail over to the other NIC that’s still on a switch that’s uplinked?

    dns default uses UDP port 53, why dns uses UDP procotol instead of tcp, in which case DNS use tcp

    You're a saint for this one. I have a test lab that mirrors production and environment running Windows 2012R2, and following this to a T did the job. I'm not sure if I missed this, but one thing I had to do differently was to also install DSFR on the destination DC.

    I disagree with you on memory over commit I am afraid. It’s dangerous . Without enough memory processes dies. Whereas over commit on cpu, just queues up the processes.. slowness is experienced

    I am trying to add a new server to the cluster, I added the iSCSI, but how do I add the shared volumes? Do they auto-add when it gets added to the cluster? Do I bring them online or leave offline
