I really feel you trying to organise such a small space, I raised 5 children in a caravan just a little larger than your own..but we had no vermin free storage space outside either..for the mold ofcourse everything must be kept dry warm and ventilated,not easy when it rains! For hard to get to spaces,fill a sock with woodbased cat litter,it helps soak up any condensation..ofcourse you need to check and renew once in a while. Also the little dehumidifier gel boxes you can find in the Chinese shops here help too.

Its the braking capacity of the vehicle fully loaded..being over can be deadly,is it worth the risk? Ps..I think the weight for thar vehicles allowance is 3.5t..in which case you were just on the limit,allowing for yourself and fuel/water etc.
