2 lbs steak (cleaned with Vinegar)
Powdered Seasonings:
Irie All Purpose Seasoning
Black Pepper
Granulated Garlic
Chicken Seasoning or Beef (Either suffice)
1 Tsp Pink Salt
1 Tsp Paprika
Fresh Herbs: (+ Half to seasoned meat, + remainder 10 mins before fully cooked)
Skellion (Green Onions)
Fresh Thyme
Mined Garlic
Pimento Seeds (All Spice)
Scotch Bonnet Pepper
Red Onions
Fresh Pepper
Carrot
Fresh Ginger (1 inch)
2 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Tbsp Diana Gourmet Chicken Sauce (Red Label)

No it not vital. Salts and electrolytes are necessary for the proper functioning of the brain. Remember the brain.
It is NOT Ital if you add salt. Salt is not use in Ital meals so if your making regular soup then you can add salt

The Ital way of cooking is a Rastafarian đŻđČđŻđČđŻđČđŻđČđŻđČ way of cooking and there is no salt added, check with the local Rastafarian brethren from Jamaica and get the correct recipe for Ital cooking đŻđČđŻđČđđŸ

I used this recipe for chicken tenders. No eggs or milk. Cooked well in just a few minutes each side.

Yah Some rasta will use natural sea salt
So I made your recipe and it turned out really tasty and delish. I love the spice combo alot. I'm into that sorta thing. Will make more often. And I plan on trying with eggs. Oh and I deep fried the chicken in a pot and the one teaspoon of the scotch bonnet pepper sauce was enough.

1 tsp of Black Pepper will suffice. You can use fresh garlic as well :)
The 2nd last piece you're taking out looks like most of the coating is missing from the top of it and I can see a lot of coating stuck to the bottom of the pan. I like the fact you cover the pot while frying, but you can turn your pieces after 7 minutes instead of 15 to prevent them from sticking to the bottom and potentially overcooking or burning. I agree with you on not using eggs; whole eggs can give the coating a doughy texture, but egg whites work great for a very crispy coating. Your chicken looks nice and crisp and the color looks great.
