Why do the exact same thing when I'm installing fans usually I keep a couple of the screws right there clinched in my teeth makes it so much easier so I'm making less trips up and down the step ladder

Glad to hear from you Tom. I was wandering how you were doing since your nail gun accident Nice Job on the house. My advice, do not put a light on the ceiling over the stairs. It is much better and safer on the wall about shoulder to head high for electricians to work on it when necessary..

I use both brands. I actually prefer Metabo HPT's framing nailer guns over the Milwaukee which I just sold away just a day ago. Sold it because the darn thing is heavy and it required to be sent out if it's no longer shooting nails deep enough, while you are able to self charge the Metabo HPT with the proper accessories. Glad I got to see the metal connector in this video. When I told one of my framers that they had this in cordless, he did not believe me at all and it's ironic because he uses the one that connects to the air compressor under the same Metabo HPT brand.

I want to do this but just curious is it too heavy for just using two small screws on top ?

Those nails have an adhesive on the end of them and at high speed when entering the wood they liquify and then grab🎉.

Don't hire a company, suggest selling it and make the $, as some renters do not respect some properties

I just PRAY that you get wonderful, responsible renters who take pride in having a nice, refinished space & don’t wreck all that extra cosmetic work you’ve put in to go over & above on this property!
