I was thinking about you and your family, because I had a baby and she was due on the super bowl! I had to be induced on Christmas Eve for preeclampsia labored over Christmas day and she was born on boxing day. We just got around to opening our last Christmas presents last week because we've been so busy. About to have a 5 month old.

My mom had the same experience when she had me a little context before this: she did not know she was pregnant with me until she was about 4 months along and by that point it was already too late to get rid of me so my mom did everything she wasn’t supposed to in the span of those 4 months she smoked and drank and pulled everything she wasn’t supposed to luckily she had my older sister 3 years before me and she was a difficult kid to push out but anyways fast forward to 6 later on my birthday my mom went to the hospital to see what’s happening because you know it’s been 10 months and she still hasn’t had me and the doctors were like oh you’re in active labor this shocked my mom (as it should) because she was having no contractions or anything and she went into a room with the doctor and she was in a panic because she thought my dad (who was at work) wouldn’t make it but he did and after 2 hours of intense pushing I came out really small (about the size of a loaf of bread) and the doctor took me away from my parents and put me in ICU but after about a day or so I finally gained enough weight that I could go home and meet my older sister

Wow, women that don't feel their prgnancy must be really disconnected from their bodies... there is so much happening in the belly and the body. How to not notice that?

Ok, so it makes sense now from a weight stand point why you wouldn't have noticed being pregnant. But I still feel like there are enough indicators to let you know. And not having a period is not considered good birth control.

Now I know that this happens to people and I believe that they had no idea but to have a healthy baby she must have been moving around in there! Those kicks get so strong, regardless of any other symptoms how do you not feel the kicks!?

The second my period was 2 days late I knew I was pregnant. These stories are so wild!
