Who doesn't like a good tutorial. I was wondering what type of graphics you make. Are you like Michael Wilson or more into productivity?

My Canon printer says it's maximum DPI is 2,400 x 1200 dpi - I use RAW images which I then resize but now I see your video, I am not sure I'm doing it correctly - what would you do in this case - we do large format prints on canvas eg 100x100cm- canvas bleeds more than board or card so I usually go slightly lower on resolution than for up close things like our brochures and books. Would love your opinion if you have time. @TechnicallyTrent

Another very good explanation of basics that extends into sophisticated territory. Good explanation of color models interaction w/ blend modes & impact of grouping layers w/ different modes. Did a quick experiment blending a curves adjustment layer & realized Affinity has *Lab* curves (an old favorite) which really opens up possibilities w/ blend modes. (Have to explore further.)

Just for this function alone I should be doing my thumbs in Photo rather than Designer? Is there anything that Designer will do that Photo won't? I've been using designer from the get go.

Not a beginner, just deciding if I want to switch from Adobe to Affinity and super scared that I won't be as comfortable with it. I wanted to get more familiar with the similarities and differences and this video was a great help with that!

where ca I see the locate vector

I've just started using CF and when opening images in Affinity (eps) I get this message 'affinity photo assigned your working profile (U.S. web coated (SWOP) v2) to this unprofiled document' what does this mean, can I still use it? TIA

I was seriously thinking of dumping Canva and going to Kittl until I watched your video. I think I might stay now. So I'm wanting to create png files with transparent backgrounds as digital downloads for things like mugs and tumblers. If I ONLY have the dimension in inches, say 9.75 x 5 and need to know what the pixels are, and if I do the math right, to find the pixels I take 9.75 multiplied by 300 gives me 2925 pixels. Like the old way of checking your math when doing division. Is this right or am I completely off? I feel like I'm hanging on by a thread.

My last attempts to reply with the link to my instagram images kept disappearing on my screen for some reason, so I am unsure you saw them. Anyhow, again a great video that filled some knowledge gaps and showed features of fx I had totally overlooked and/or forgotten.
