This a wind up? Bloody hell. It's s shop. You go into shops to buy things usually served be staff on minimum rate wages. They're sales staff trying to sell pieces of steel and gold.I think you should be more worried about what you think of them, rather them you. Far too much thought going on here. There is no list for most of their models. They have inventory, they simply haven't decided if you are worthy to own their product.

I've been into ADs all over the world. There's probably 1 that would meet my personal level of customer care if I were in charge of running the place. Yes, there's huge lists, and they need to allocate pieces to the customers who have invested more time and money into getting them. However, they need to at least go through the charade of taking every customer seriously. Don't dismiss the attempt to purchase something. Take every name down. At least put them on some sort of list. Most people complain about feeling dismissed and that's down to poor people skills. Thankfully, two of my best friends are so-called Rolex VIPs, so I've never had to buy pieces I don't like. They got me the models I wanted without having to waste time.

How about maintaining your self respect and telling them to F off and then go to A.Lange and purchase a Datograph? That is what I chose to do. Now the AD would like to sell me a watch. End of the day, a Rolex is garbage. Tons of brands that are way better. Hell, I would take a Glashuette Original, Vacheron, a Kallinich Claeys, Gronefeld and even a Dornbluth over a Rolex. This watch is not a superclone it’s 3AAA. If you look at clasp you will see a code OFB they make 3AAA watch’s. The OFB factory is a hit and miss when it comes to quality control, some are rubbish not even worth £10 and some are good. You can buy the same one as your for £50 from Chinese contacts.

Just subscribed, brilliant video. Your story resonated with me, I waited just short of 2 years to purchase a Submariner Date from my AD, the thing to remember is that not all AD's are the same. I had an awful experience at an AD in a major city, was later introduced to an AD in a small town, the difference in experience was like chalk and cheese. You have to be patient as they only receive a certain amount of pieces each year.

I’m honestly too old to put up with an obvious interview to buy a watch. I went to order a DJ 41 with silver motif dial but the AD said the dial was discontinued. They offered to order something else. I waited for Watches and Wonders but nothing exciting so I asked for a blue dial Everose sky Dweller. If they can get one great, if not prices on the grey market are falling.

I wouldnt want to be embarassed like that... its a STORE ...im the customer...not a job interview. Just pay 20% more and go gray ... you will still have to spend that money anywayy on the AD if you want the watch

Some Rolex models in unworn condition are under retail. Just remember that Covid is over, demand in Asia is receding, and Rolex is making more watches. Was in Vegas December 2023. They have plenty of Rolexes and all five ADs. None for sale. All exhibition only. Was prepared to buy a RootBeer. No sale. Skip the clown show and find a reliable AD.

Looking at the rehaut its a clone not super clone non of the ROLEX is lining up.....But some of the Factorys now are producing some serious superclones.... Its a very taboo subject cuz in my eyes not everyone can afford a 15k subbie if u can get one that is...Plus Subbies are a theft magnet nowadays....Great review though but no superclone my friend....

Did you not post this before. It’s a laughably obvious fake. Nowhere near a superclone. Anyone with half an idea would be able to tell if they saw it. If you are familiar with the genuine watches the font is awful on this fake. The date wheel is a shambles, the rehaut is the wrong angle, too deep and the engraving looks nothing like the real thing. The dial is too small, the bracelet and case proportions are way off. People will tell themselves anything to justify wearing a fake but at the end of the day you are only cheating yourself. This whole “I have the real one in the safe” story doesn’t wash. Nobody would do that. Guy got killed in London for a 5712 which turned out to be fake.

I will always buy a fake watches for these 5 reasons. 1. people that sells replica watches are nice 2. Replica watches are always in stock 3. for $700, it is 99% the same quality watch 4. i rather get rob with a fake watch 5. with the extra money i saved, I spend it on watch companies that cares about me like Cartier, Grand Seiko and Omega. Its your money....spend it on companies that cares about you and dont support gray market bullshit nor scalpers.

Don’t buy fakes at the end of the day a super clone will never be a real Rolex. The money you spent is lost the moment you purchase. Not only that it has ZERO value. Cyclops on the date looks off. I say a super clone Submariner hulk. It was scary good. Weight, text was spot on. On the loop, the hands had scratches, and some of the numbers on the date wheel were slightly off center, and weren't crisp. Slightly fuzzy. Clones are getting better and better. Buyer beware...

The only damage done is if the watch is misrepresented...a guy buys a clone might not ever be able to buy a SUBMARINER for 9100$ plus tax let alone street prices for new full sets..so a 250-1000$ clone wont effect rolex at all .

As I saw the first Foto of the Fake I was laughing to hell…man that thing is not a super clone that thing is a clone that you can identify in 2 Seconds from a mile away….

Where’s the accent from?

Wrong font and off center numbers of the date (too close to bottom) are what i saw right away. Some of the really good copies now can only spotted by looking at the movement. Scary.

Interesting video. Although what you have there is a reasonable copy, I can confirm that this is not a super clone. Instant "tells" for me are the off centered date wheel and wrong magnification. The Rolex lettering on the rehaut looks too bunched up and too bold. The true buying price for a super clone starbucks from the top factories would be around £500. I don't condone buying replicas either. I just wish the ADs would just sell the real thing when you want one!

As I’ve said before, you also touched on the fact that they have got near on 14 gmt models.They can’t manufacture that many GMT movements to keep up with those models! They need to split a number of Pepsi bezels with the white gold models, and they’ve released 4 new GMT models in the last 3 years, they would take president as to get the new models out into the wild. Over the next couple of years I can see the production numbers going up! Just all hype and speculation to get views.
