Dont buy it, Haibike is not able to make a propper replacement service... I have a 3 year old Flyon and can't get a replacement akku for it...

I have a Flyon, and they are not able to sell a replacement Akku pack...🤢👎

Und in 3 Jahren bekommt man keine Ersatzteile mehr wie bei den Flyon Akkus🤢👎

Es dauert nur eine fahrt bis man sich hals über kopf in dieses bike verliebt. ❤

Wie lange habt ihr vor für dieses Modell Ersatzteile bereitzustellen ? Ist da auch wieder nach einem Jahr Schluß und auf den Müll damit ?

Hallo, also ich hab es und es ist super. Jetzt die wichtige Frage, wo kauft man die Ersatzbatterie? Online geht das bei Fazua nicht, denn sie ist ja speziell von Haibike mit der Steckachsen-Fixierung abgestimmt worden. Muß man sie also bei Haibike mittels Händler und nicht bei Fazua, bestellen? Bitte um Info, wie Du das gemacht hast. Viele Grüße

i didn’t get a e card with my new nduro 8 what can i do and when i try to register it only gives me 3 countries as options none of them uk which is what i want

Lack of any form of app to monitor/view settings ODO etc, really disappointing. Use a 3rd party piece of equipment is not a good enough answer.
